Description of Work: They broke the glass in my front door and were very unprofessional and rude in the way they handled it. They did damage to the door and only replaced the glass without my permission. Still not settled since August 31st. Just know that they will want to take the cheapest route if you have problems with them and it won't be in your favor. They will not work in your best interest. I live in a townhouse and the homeowners association hired them and that is why they are mowing the lawn. I would have never hired them after reading the reviews for them. I had to replace the door at my expense. Figure that one out when they say they have general liability insurance to cover this sort of thing but I have not seen evidence of any type proving they do have insurance - even the homeowners association does not have a copy

Description of Work: Mow and weedeat. Only complaint is that they have their mowing decks set too high. Besides that they are great. They are professional,have Good attention too detail, are well mannered and dependable.

Description of Work: I have been very satisfied with this lawn service. They pick up fallen branches regularly and my lawn looks very good. They arrive every two weeks, consistently and my bill comes regularly at the first of the month.

+ -1 moreThey did a good job but the problem is with billing.They will give you a price to cut your lawn but when you get the bill the following month after their services the bill is higher.My wife before we got married called to complain about the bill being incorrect and the person on the phone said it is correct when the bill is not.I have called them since they are threaten to take legal action for a bill that is incorrect.I called but just got a answer machine so I left a message with my cell phone number and my name when I told them yes WE due owe you $40.00 plus late fee of $4.91 which is a total of $44.91 .I sent a check for what WE really owe them.I also told them I don't know how you got the extra $40.00 .When you call you get a answer machine or the phone just keeps ringing and no one answers it.They do not have a office where you can go in to pay your bill in person. Here is some good advice. 1. Get the price of the work in writing on their letter head or business card.Keep this information! 2. Keep all your billing statements from them and check to make sure YOU are not being over charged. 3. If they do not have a office and someone to answer the phone this should tell you something is not right with the business. 4. Do not give them your credit card or debit card information to them to be billed.
Description of Work: They cut the grass,weed eat and blow the grass off the driveway.
