WOW 1 DAY PAINTING

Very satisfied with Wow. Had a major project of painting our old house, including carpentry for a great deal of wood rot, and full replacement of our shutters. We worked with Craig Merrils on securing a quote and scheduling the work. He was wonderful to work with, came in fairly priced, and was super responsive to all our needs. Josue supervised the work onsite. The staff was highly skilled and hard working. They are committed to quality and definitely the best out there in terms of detailed, lasting work. They also use high-grade, low-toxin paint, which was important to us. After the job was complete, Craig and Josue went carefully over the work with us, and addressed any and all touch ups that were needed. They address any questions or issues you have until you are 100% satisfied. Highly recommend.

Thank you Wow 1-Day Painting employees and management for the excellent job on the interior of my home. The family room, kitchen, hallway, foyer, stairs, and upper landing look beautiful. Working with you was a great experience--and so satisfying that I want to acknowledge it in writing. From start to finish virtually everything went smoothly. When soliciting an estimate, the Wow estimator arrived on time—as did Wow painters every single day of work. Wow’s estimate was reasonable—falling in the middle of four estimates that we solicited from other highly-rated companies. The Wow estimator also made excellent suggestions on the choice of paint color and type. When work started, I watched how the company’s painters prepped walls and baseboards. I saw how carefully they removed wallpaper to avoid damage to walls before priming. Throughout the five days of painting, they paid attention to detail—while being polite and courteous. When my wife and I made suggestions during work, the painters listened to us and positively responded. On completion of the job, they cleaned the work site to our satisfaction. We value consistency in the high quality of this company's work. This is not the first, but the third time, that we have had excellent work performed by Wow Painting. Previous high-quality work done here was a major reason that we again chose Wow. Wow painters worked hard, neatly, and were responsive to my wife and I as we inspected work as it progressed. We want to express our appreciation to the entire crew of painters for their good work. And, we want to cite two wonderful individuals who spent the most time here and who most impressed us with their effort, attentiveness, and quality of work: Manuel and Neptali. We especially want to bring their performance to the company's attention. Certainly, all of the Wow paint crew deserves praise. Likewise, we want to thank too Craig, Laura, and Louis who managed, coordinated, and oversaw day-to-day work. Throughout the entire week, they were prompt to respond to our questions, and satisfied all concerns we had. So now, when my wife and I now look over the work that was performed, we really do say Wow!

The crew was very professional. My complaint is with the quality of the paint. Less than six months after the job, the paint scratches off the cabinets. I think they should have sanded cabinets instead of simply painting over existing oil, grease, and lacquer.

Everything went great. The team arrived on time, worked most of the day with just a lunch break. I thought the prep, the painting, and the clean up were all outstanding. I’m sure others might do as well, but what I appreciated the most was the formal proposal. I chose Wow over others, even though their estimate was at least a couple hundred dollars more than others I received. Others got back to me, after the on-site visit, with a text or email with the only information that was spelled out was the cost. Wow provided a proposal that explicitly detailed every aspect of the job. I felt much more comfortable knowing exactly what I would be getting, and having a formal contact to rely on if any issues arose.

It went really well. I was very satisfied with their work.

The painters were punctual and expert at their trade. They were extremely respectful of our home, taping off everything... even the garage walls and floor where the cabinet doors were painted.

Very well, would use again...some minor quality control issues which were not checked by supervision hence the "B" ratings.

Craig, the owner of the franchise in my area was great. It did take a little longer than they thought, but they wanted to do the job right and they did. It was a big job and there were some minor situations in the process but Craig made it all right. After Craig and his paint crew were done we added a new floor and back splash and the kitchen is awesome! My wife and I are now big fans of Craig and WOW painting. We will use them again.

It went excellent until the end. They got some paint on the carpet, but the painting was excellent. They did a good job.

It took a couple of days to complete because there were a lot of cabinet doors and drawers and the winter weather was not cooperating, but they were able to complete the job and it looks great. The finish came out very well, my guests were surprised when I told them it was spray painted, it looks like a factory finish. A two man team did the job and they arrived on time and left the area clean every day. I provided my own paint from Benjamin Moore.

The service was courtesy fast and detailed. They left the house clean.

Wow 1 Day Painting did an excellent job painting my condo and provided me with a reasonable price. Wow 1 Day Painting was very good at meeting the date I needed to have my condo to be painted. The workers arrived on time and worked until the job was done. There were a few places on my bamboo floors that were not covered so paint dripped on the floors. Also there were a few places where paint dripped or splattered because of not being covered. I would recommend Wow 1 Day Painting.

The painters did a beautiful job with the trim painting on our brick home. They were prompt and professional. I would recommend them to anyone.

The crew arrived early and worked hard throughout the day, doing an excellent job with the painting and cleaning up thoroughly. The cost was exactly what they had estimated. All in all, I was very pleased with their quality of work, their professionalism, and the final result. I would give an A in every category!

I am in charge of a national commercial builder and being in this business for over 20 years, I have worked with various subcontractors. I hired Wow to repaint the interiors of our house. They were absolutely excellent. They were very responsive and very professional. Their painters did a quality job and paid attention to detail. They don't nickel and dime you and they truly want to do a good job. I will definitely hire them again.

The many men that came to our house worked non-stop. They arrived early and stayed late until the job was done. Largely because of my paint color mis-cue, they had to come back for a second day, but again, they worked very hard and were pleasant about the few small missed areas (there's always a couple no matter the painter!) The workers were very tidy, were as low-impact as possible and cleaned up after themselves. The best people for the job.

We had 4 days to finish a complete revamp to place the house on the sellers market and WOW-1 Day Painting helped us get that accomplished. As we were out of town we were almost wiling to pay any price for urgent painting and with 8-12 men on the job the painting still took 3 full days. Some painters came back to complete touch-ups and add-ons! We would highly recommend this company. And even-though we did not receive the flowers like other customers had; we did sell the house :)

One of the best ways to judge a company is how well they perform when something goes wrong. Our HOA hired this company to paint yellow fire lane curbs. Our curbs were a total mess (our fault, not the vendors) and this company misjudged the work necessary to made our curbs look good again. On top of that, they had a major equipment failure the day the work was done. Our curbs looked awful and our community was angry. The owner, Craig Merrills, did not run off and abandon us (as many companies would have), he created a plan to make things right and he did the necessary repairs without insisting on extra payment. Integrity like this is VERY hard to find. I strongly suggest that you put this company on your "A" List and ask them for a quotation. Good people and a good price. What more can you ask for? It was very positive. The business is built on one day painting. They came out with a crew of four. They just did a really good job. They were very careful. The guys that came in, their drop cloths were clean. Some contractors come in have dusty drop cloth that they put down. Their drop cloths appear to be kept clean and everything washed. I had to change the paint a couple of times. They were very amendable to that. They came in and patched. They did repairs and painted. They're very easy to work with and very knowledgeable. They did a good job. Craig is the name of the owner. He comes out and look around on what needs to be done. He gives you an estimate. he also comes out with his crew the first day to make sure he understands what needs to be done and then he follows up during the day. He follows up again and at the end of the paint job, he's there. Its not like he sends his crew out to paint and you never hear from him again. The oversight is excellent. I'm just very happy with the job.

They sent a color expert to help choose the colors, then the owner went over the whole job with us ahead of time so we would know what all would be included in the prep work, which was quite a bit of sanding, priming, caulking, etc. We had voluntarily moved all of our stuff to the middle of the rooms before they came. They brought in a group of 5 or 6 guys, all very hard workers. They had me go around first to tag the picture hangers and curtain hangers that were to stay in the walls. The picture hangers were actually pulled out, the walls treated and painted, and then they were replaced perfectly. They even took both stairway banisters off the walls and put them both back better than ever after the paint was dry. The painters got along well with each other, were extremely pleasant and accommodating to us, did everything we asked, and the quality of the finished product was superb. They then wiped off all sides of every piece of furniture and moved them back to where they belonged and vacuumed all the floors with the biggest, most powerful vacuum I've ever seen. Obviously, I am now a huge fan of this group and look forward to a time when I will need them again.

This company was recommended to me by my aunt who used them for a small job. My job was was much bigger. They started right away and sent a smaller crew to do all prep/repair work the first day and then a much larger crew the following day to perform the larger painting job, which allowed them to complete the work in a very short amount of time. They were very reasonably priced and very professional. They actually care whether or not you're completely satified with the results and are more than willing to make it happen. They came back right away if there was a change or to do planned touch-ups. I can't say enough nice things about this company. They exceeded our expectations.

A truly remarkable company. The owner, Craig, provides a personal touch throughout the estimate, job completion, and final walkthrough. His wife provides an outstanding--and complimentary--color consultation that takes into account your furnishings and design style. The painters were professional and Craig wanted to make sure we were fully satisfied before I signed a check. Their estimate was about even with other companies, but the customer service of Craig and Patricia make Wow 1 Day Painting a no brainier for people looking for a good painting company. Also, this is a franchise of a national brand, so you get the standards that come with a big name and the service of a family-run company. I may sound over enthusiastic about how great the did, because, well, I am.
