If I read this review of my experience with Wow, I wouldn't believe it, but I swear it's true. That's how great they were. I needed my new 2500sf office painted on a tight time schedule. I called on5/22 for an estimate and Craig Merrill, an owner, showed up within 90 minutes! He beat the previous quote by 10% and was ready to start right away. My problem was that the construction wasn't going to be finished until just before moving day. Craig said "we're not just painters, we're problem solvers;" and offered to get the job done and THEN come back to do touch up work when requested. His crew of NINE painters came in on Memorial Day and got the job done in one day at no extra charge. The previous walls were dark red and blue, causing other quotes to be much higher but Craig just used tinted primer and all was well. The painters were prompt, respectful, efficient and very professional. Craig showed up at lunch time and brought them all lunch-no wonder they do such a good job! When the construction was completed, Craig sent a couple of painters over quickly and completed the touch-up work. He did not nickel and dime me. Everything was included. I will use them EVERY time I have painting to be done and would recommend them to anyone. Thanks Craig!!!!

There was a misunderstanding re: my emailing them for an estimate. I never did get a response from Woww - apparently they never received my email. When Angie's list contacted me for follow up , I gave them an F for punctuality, not realizing they had never received my request for an estimate. Mr. Merrill called me concerned that I had a bad experience, and once I explained the situation we concurred that it was a misunderstanding I offered to correct the rating I had given them. I am new to Angie's list and am still learning how to navigate .

They were fast, efficient, clean, and professional. They were also very well priced. I really appreciated the fact that all the work for done in one day was such a huge bonus.

I contacted this company based on the magazine the Angies list send out. Kyle contacted me and setup and appointment to come out. He showed up on time and took his time to understand exactly what we wanted. Kyle came out the week of the painting to cut a sample of the wall color out so that he could match the existing paint. The workers showed up on time and were careful to lay down tarps. It took them less than 10 hours to do the whole house (10 hours including their lunch break) These guys went at it right from the get go and did not waste any time. At the end of the day I was very happy with what they accomplished and did. It looked very professional and they did clean up after themselves. The even did 2 things that originally weren't on the list. My only complaint was that I had to follow up with Kyle a lot since he didn't back to me on a couple things. I did bring this up to him after the job was finished and he acknowledged it and said that they were very busy and I had fallen through the cracks. With that said, when the job was finished, he did a really thorough inspection and made sure that we were happy. I would use this company again.

the Wow1Day team had historically done an excellent job with my painting projects. They come with a whole team and get it down quickly. The team all seemed to be skilled painters. They worked well together and the final product was everything that I was hoping for.

Excellent. The crew was on time, the foreman/PM was very friendly, knowledgeable and kept the crew on schedule. I will be using these guys to paint the rest of our house very soon.

From start to finish, this was a wonderful experience. Craig (owner) came and gave a thorough but very reasonable estimate for the work - even better than some painters I'd used before. His foreman and crew arrived on time on the day of the painting, got right down to business, and did an excellent job. They were professional, courteous, tidy, and did a great job cleaning up and returning the bedroom furniture to their places. There was one very very minor spot where some trim paint got on the wall, and since the painters had left before the foreman returned to inspect the work, he arranged for a painter to return the next day to fix it. Plus, there was some picture hanging hardware still in the wall that we changed our minds about, so when the painter returned the next day, he removed the hardware, spackled, and painted the places, all during this return visit, and all for no extra cost. I liked them so much I passed them along to another friend, who was painting a 1400sf condo the next week - she was delighted with them, as well, from bid through completion. I highly recommend Craig, Kyle, and their crews, and will use them again.

Professional, courteous, flexible, punctual and fair from start to finish. Not only did they do a great job they did it at a great price. I have never been more happy with a contractor. If you are looking for a painter stop and use WOW. The closing on my house was delayed several times and each time the guys at Wow adjusted the schedule to fit me in. I can't thank them enough. First they fixed the paint job the builder provided. Then they applied two flawless coats of paint all in one day. There wasn't any furniture in the house and that made the job easier, but I will not hesitate to use them again. In fact my wife is bringing them back soon as she finds the paint color she wants.

Kyle was fantastic! He came to my house right away and gave us an estimate. We were planning to initially go with them, but then my husband (and our previous contractor) were so skeptical about the 1 day painting we decided to put it off and even "gasp" considered painting it ourselves! Thank good I ended up calling Kyle back (despite my husband's skepticism) - he and his team were great! While they do have a color consultant, i chose the colors myself by getting a couple of samples from Sherwin Williams and putting it up on the wall. Kyle & his team of 5 painters arrived promptly at 8am as they said they would. While they were 1 painter short compared to what they planned, they were AMAZING. They did 3-4 hours of prep (more prep on my walls than we thought) and painted all of the walls the first day. I believe the prep involved sanding, some priming, and patchwork (though they could tell you the specifics). They cleaned a few times throughout the day and draped the entire floor. I had started to move some of the items before they came but they moved the other stuff (and in fact had told me they would be moving it all ahead of time). On day 2, they did all of the trim and doors. Just 3 people came that day and finished the job within a few hours. It was not at all intrusive, and I hardly even noticed they were there the 2nd day. I am most amazed at how perfectly they cut in the lines! Kyle came multiple times throughout to make sure that everything was done properly. They even removed some of the old alarm system equipment and intercom that wasn't working for me without hesitation. I cannot tell you enough how shocked my husband was when he saw their work. After the first day he went downstairs and actually said "wow" - and realized why they are called WOW 1 day painting. We would both STRONGLY recommend Kyle and his team for the job as they are extremely professional, detail oriented, fast, clean, and just amazing. If you're even considering a new color but are overwhelmed by the process of painting and the time it will take, don't. Hire these guys, they will make it seem so easy.

The painters were neat and professional. They did indeed do all the work in one day (and there was a lot). They were punctual, arrived on time and provided us with the services we needed quickly and efficiently. I would recommend them to anyone and look forward to using them again in the future.

After the job was complete, there was a wall color I wanted to change (a bit lighter than expected), as well as a couple other tweaks. The WOW 1 DAY team was eager to please coming out the VERY NEXT day to make the changes. Their customer service exceeded our expectations with a quick response time and refreshing attention to detail.

It was easy to get a quote from them. The quoting was fine.

First of Craig is top notch. No pressure sales and to the point on what needed to be done. Craig's team prepped wall surfaces which had not been touched in 25 years by the pervious owners. Tons of nail pops!!!! The paint crew did a fantastic job of surface preparation and the paint work including all cut in's were perfect. I also had Craig's team paint two rail bannisters in a piano black high gloss which turned out beautifully. The Wow 1 Day team performed a very detailed taping job to ensure perfect painting of bannisters with no runs or over paint. Lastly, the Wow 1 Day group prepared and painted my two bay garage floor which had been surfaced in a mystery paint many years ago and which could not be walked on without paint dust being tracked into the house on the bottom of shoes. The crew spent an entire day diamond "wet" grinding the floor to ensure it was stripped completely of the old paint leaving only the raw concrete fllor. A Sherman Williams floor epoxy paint surface was applied with flecks for for texture. Perfect garage floor paint job worthy pictures in any high end car magazine. I will use these guys this spring when exterior painting is needed.

Totally went above and beyond. Short turnaround time. Great recommendations on colors based on what I shared I was looking for. I went with what was suggested and it turned out perfectly! A few things came up day of which they handled with ease. From my realtor suggesting we put a kick plate on the front door before they paint it--which the painters went to Home Depot to pick up and install before painting--to my realizing the basement, not originally included in estimate, could really use a few touch ups which they took care quickly and for a very fair price--including filling a small crack in the concrete floor and then painting it and painting exposed pipes. The team on site was really friendly, timely, and detail oriented. They even took down a chandelier I was planning on replacing so they could do thorough paint job. Project was done on time and on budget and I was kept in the loop from initial visit to finish. I really appreciate all the extras they took care of beyond just painting. Have already recommended to friends and I will use them again as soon as I find something to paint!

We recently hired Wow1Day to paint the entire interior of our home, and I must say we were astonished at the quality and level of service. From the personal attention we received from the owner to the quality of the craftmanshp, they definitely exceeded our expectations...and everything was finished in one day! We would definitely recommend their work to anyone in the area, and look forward to having them back in the spring to paint our home's exterior.

Craig Merrill and his team were a great pleasure to work with. Craig was very responsive and accommodating to my schedule. He first came out to measure the home, provided a quote, and facilitated a color consultation from Patricia, his wife and business partner. She helped me decide on neutral colors for the home, including the use of accent walls. She took my current and future needs into consideration and was very attentive to all my verbal and non-verbal cues regarding my conservative paint color preferences. Craig was willing to use any brand of paint I preferred, but did provide recommendations that already matched my paint preferences. On the day of the scheduled paint job, a crew of approximately 8 painters arrived promptly and began working on our home. We spent the weekend before organizing some of our mess, or consolidating items to the center of each room, but I am confident that the crew would have helped us with anything we did not prep ahead of time. They moved furniture, removed paintings, mirrors, and wall decorations with ease, and covered all of our belongings for protection. The crew worked diligently and professionally throughout the day. They did tape some baseboards and wainscoting, but I was incredibly surprised and impressed with the steady hand of the painters that did not require tape. I cannot rave more about the quality of work that they performed in one day. They filled holes and sanded and painted for approximately 10-11 hours. At the end of the day, we only had 2 bathrooms left to be painted, though they had been prepped by the paint team. They came back at a time convenient for us a few days later and finished the job with 2 crew members. All team members were very professional and pleasant. They fixed cracks in our ceiling, and covered water leakage marks on two other bedroom ceilings. Craig and/or the project manager, Kyle, came to my townhouse on both days of painting and performed quality control checks and to see if there were any concerns. I was very pleased with every step of the process from beginning to end. I mentioned my Angie's List membership on the day of the paint job, completely forgetting to mention it early on when we were given a price quote. Craig happily obliged to honor the discount associated with an Angie's List membership, solidifying my appreciation for his business. He and his team aim to please and I highly recommend his business to friends, family, and neighbors.

Communications were excellent. They were prompt and very courteous. The project was completed on time. Workspace was clean at all times I would use them again without question. It's so worth having it all finished in a day.

WOW1Day Painting was a dream to work with. The owner and his wife are extremely knowledgeable about colors and were able to really help myself and my wife out with recommendations. The quality of the work in the timeframe they do it is second to none. We literally had our entire inside of our house painted in a day. We are in the process of a remodel so they even agreed to come back out and do touch ups once our flooring was done. Craig and Patricia are extremely personable and inviting, and I HIGHLY recommend using them. They will be the first painters we call if we ever need more services!

The owner came for a free estimate and explained all that would be done. He was very personable and down-to-earth; his demeaner was sincere . He did not require any down payment for the work. He contacted the company who initially stained my deck to find out the exact products and stain color that was used since it was important to me that the same color be used. I don't think any other company would have done that; they would have made the owner do it. I was impressed! I asked for references of previous work he had done and I was sent 4 names, email addresses and phone numbers of previous clients and their responses were all excellent. The workers came the day they said they would and performed all of the job as scheduled. I found some areas where the stain had not taken as well and they returned right away to resolve the problem to my satisfaction before any payment was accepted. The owner also stopped by afterwards to observe the work done and make sure it was satisfactory.
