The firm provided excellent customer service from start to finish. The owner, Thomas French, came to my home and met with me to discuss the initial design of the new sunroom and renovations to an old porch. He was also available and easy to reach by phone or email whenever I had a "big picture" question. I dealt most frequently with Se Jun Lee, the Project Architect, , who was also easy to reach by phone and/or email. Se Jun was always patient and polite as we worked together over the course of several months on numerous matters -- initially on the use permit application for the sunroom --and subsequently on various design details and construction materials for both the sunroom and porch (e.g. window and door layout , etc.) Although my project was small, I felt that both Tom and Se Jun gave it full attention and consideration. I would also like to acknowledge the kind assistance of David Hargrove, Project Manager and Linda Khan, the office manager.

I knew him professionally before I used him personally. He has attention to detail, he is organized, he is proficient, he meets deadlines, and he is exceedingly willing and helpful when working with clients. He is the principal at the firm but there are three other architects there and they are a reflection of the owner. I have recommended them to friends and coworkers any time someone asks for an architect.
