+ -1 moreI just wanted an estimate and Luis was willing to do an estimate, but he became frustrated and said he was 'busy' and tried to hang up on me. I don't want someone to be rude to em or easily annoyed. He has got a bad attitude. I wont refer him to anyone. I did not accept any estimate or work from him as a result.
