All work and interaction with the company was professional and friendly. Work was completed when promised. We were very pleased with the final product.

Their cost was way too high. They came out because I wanted my bedroom painted. The person from Loayes came out, looked around and told me they would send me a quote. They did send me a quote, and I thought that was just too much for painting a bedroom and a small master bathroom. The price was very high, too high, too pricey. It took him a long time just to email me back a quote. I thought he would email me back the next day, or at least in two days from seeing me. He came out here on a Saturday. I would think he would email me back by at least Monday, but it took him over a week and a half, and by that time I had already started with somebody else when he sent me the quote.

Fantastic! Done in a day, and it turned out 10X better than I expected, The painter was very professional and cleaned up very well. The price was a bit higher than I expected, but a lot of labor went into this job.

Excellent. The crew did an excellent job. They showed up promptly every morning and left often late after a long productive day. They did an great job preparing the rooms for painting, protecting the furniture during painting and cleaning up after the job was done. The owner was very professional, answered any questions promptly and kept me abreast of the progress of the job. I would highly recommend this company.

Mr Loayes provided a deatiled and timely proposal. Mr. Loayes was professional and courteous throught the project. His team of painters were prompt and cleaned up at the end of each day. They were also very polite. Mr Loayes was flexible with additional work I requested that was not in the original proposal (addtionjal power washing, applying sealer on walkway, replacing a rotted wood shutter). The additional work was at a fair price.

Edwin, the owner, came out to give an estimate. I was impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. We agreed to his price, but asked him to wait until we knew the interior color. He did. We scheduled the work to start on a Monday when my son and I would be out of the house. The Saturday before I texted him to confirm that they would start on Monday, he stated that because of the weather our start had been pushed back to Thursday. I asked him to start inside and he assured me the inside would be done by Saturday. This was in fact the case and they did the exterior work the next week. In checking the interior work, we found some missed nail pops, chips and corner bubbles that Edwin came out to inspect and agreed to fix. At some point during the interior paining process, on of the painters got paint on the laundry room wall while cleaning up. I mentioned this to Edwin and he said he would fix it if we had the paint. We didn't, so he agreed to paint the entire room for us at a reasonable cost. They gave a Saturday return date to paint the room. Saturday rolled around and by 9:00 no one had showed. I texted Edwin and he called to say that they couldn't come until Tuesday. Which they did and they did a nice job on the room. In summary, Loayles painting are very skilled and professional painters. The only place where they fall down is scheduling. I should not have to contact a contractor to find out if they are coming. If the schedule has changed, I would expect them to notify me ahead of time and not leave me waiting for someone who is not coming. If they want to step up their service, this is an easy fix for them.

Wonderful, couldn't be happier. Loayes staff fixed the holes in our ceiling from previous plumbing and electrical work we had done, and painted the ceiling sections in those areas. Great work, looks just fabulous.

We are delighted. Mr. Loayes lived up to his high reputation. He was prompt, responsive, and personable. His crew (all from Guatemala) on schedule every day, and worked diligently until the end. When structural problems interrupted the paint job, the contractor's brother, a carpenter, made the necessary exterior repairs with assistance from the painters. After they finished, we noticed one small area where the surface had not been properly prepared. The contractor promptly dispatched one of his painters, who corrected the problem. Top marks all around.

They did such a good job that there is no sign of any prior damage. We also had them grout and caulk around a recently installed soaking tub, and replace several broken tiles that were damaged during the tub installation. Again, they did an excellent job. Their price for both jobs was well below competitive estimates from other firms. I would definitely recommend this service provider, and in fact, we will probably hire them to do some conventional painting at our house in the near future.

The workers showed up on time, completed the job, and cleaned up. i would hire them again.

Edwin was easy to communicate with, and his team was great. Very professional and kind. They did an excellent job, and the best part was how quickly they were able to get everything done. They showed up at 8am on the dot, and were able to get everything taken care of by the time my husband and I returned from work. We were blown away. I would absolutely hire Loayes Painting for any future jobs. We were so impressed and thrilled with how beautiful everything looked when they were finished.

A few days after the job was done, I visited the condo to do some cleaning, and I immediately went to see how the bedroom wall looked. It took my breath away. There was absolutely no way to tell that a huge ugly hole had been there. Not visually or by touch. Everything else was also perfect, including the bathroom ceiling, which had had patches of mold (and I had forgotten to tell Edwin about this). Do not hesitate to hire the Loayes family painting company.

Perhaps due to a misunderstanding, the contractors didn't show up the first day and it took two calls to sort out the scheduling problem. However, Loayes sent two contractors the second day so that they could still finish the job on time. They did great work, were friendly and efficient, and cleaned up when they were done. I'd definitely consider using them again.

Edwin was reliable, responsive and punctual. The job was quoted at the estimate to take 3-4 days, and in fact in only took 2. This was really convenient. Everyone was friendly, and worked quickly and efficiently. The only glitch was that I was expecting to pay by credit card, and was asked for a check instead by the last worker of the day. Edwin called right after when I wanted to pay by credit card and requested a check instead. I didn't press the issue, but should have as he does take credit cards.

We first used Loayes Contracting two years ago to paint the entire interior of our house. When we needed maintenance work done this year, we turned to Loayes again. Edwin is very responsive and clearly communicates the work to be performed and the cost for each project. His team is professional; they arrive on time every day and always leave the workspace spotless. They are very good about communicating how projects are coming along and raising any potential issues. I have used Loayes Painting for some interior paint jobs. This time they painted the exterior of my house. They did a fabulous job! They were on time every day, professional, clean, and courteous. As they worked, I would add small additions to the job. For everything I added they just smiled and said, Ok! While they worked, when they found something that needed to be repaired, they let me know and asked if they wanted me to have them fix it. Of course I did! The painting of my house includes a great deal of small detail work. They listened to my instructions and followed them perfectly. The result is a beautifully painted house with striking details that I love!

Loayes painting was absolutely terrific. They were punctual, professional, pleasant and did a fabulous job. They were also very flexible and were able to schedule the work around my time constraints. We had a bathroom wall that had sustained water damage that needed to be replaced. They did the demolition of the wall, pulled out an adjacent wall that had mold damage, framed up the new walls, installed the drywall and painted. The bathroom has never looked better. I plan to have them back to do more painting in our house. I would give them an A+ if that was an option.

Projects were handled professionally and efficiently. Benigno is a talented painter --and a perfectionist. He made sure every aspect of the work was completed to my satisfaction. His crew was neat and polite, if somewhat less accomplished than him. My floors and and furniture were well protected and the crew cleaned up daily. Best painters I've had in a long time.
