When we finally did find our home Craig helped us in the negotiation process and gave us great advice seeing as we have never done any kind of negotiations before. He was very communicative from beginning to end and showed great flexibility towards my schedule (I work midnight shift) when it came to scheduling viewings, inspections and other appointments. He was also very patient, informative, professional, and provided great references on services needed, i.e Title service, home inspection etc. Thanks Craig!
