over the 4 months it took to sell my home, I depended on her guidance as each month went by with no offers. Her only response was to lower the price each time she forcefully had me spend money on expensive upgrades to the home. In the final moment, even though I asked for a break on the commission fee due to the time it took to sell the home she paid the buyers part of her commission in order to close the deal without informing me.
