Excellent service in every way. I have used this company for many years and they never fail to delight me. Their work is of the highest quality. I cannot recommend them enough. My house is more than 50 years old, but when they are done, I feel I am in a brand new home.

This company was thorough, professional and punctual. The gentlemen doing the work were friendly, explained everything in advance and did exactly what they said they would do - spotless windows, sills and screens, inside and out!! I would DEFINITELY recommend them for anyone's window cleaning needs!! A+++

I had trouble getting someone to answer the phone initially or respond to message sent through Angie's List. When I got someone to answer the phone and got an estimate, he indicated that he would call the day before to confirm a time. He did not. I called the day of the appointment and was told 11-1. The 2-man crew came at 10. That was fine. I was just happy they showed up. He did the walk around and quoted me a higher price because it included the garage windows and doors (which I had forgotten). When booking the appointment, I mentioned the Angie's List coupon and he said he would make sure they took the maximum amount off. I really have no way of knowing, as I did not get an itemized bill. Julio and his partner did a great job with the windows, screens and sills. They were both very pleasant. Next time I would get a price per window, screen and sill upfront so I know what to expect. I would give the crew an A rating for their work, but because of the scheduling and billing issues, I rated them a B overall.

All went well. The gentleman who was doing the cleaning arrived on time, reviewed everything that was to be done and updated the quote to reflect the total number of windows involved. I also asked that he clean the window sills. He started the cleaning and completed the work in less than 3 hours. All nicely done.

We had them clean the inside/outside/screens and sills, it was night and day how much better we could see afterwards. I didn't realize how dirty all of our windows were. The used just water on the windows too, I was shocked that no streaks were present afterwards. I will be looking to do this more often in the future and would not hesitate to use Virginia Window Cleaners again.

Rolando was prompt, courteous and extremely efficient! He wore shoe coverings while in the house, cleaned up as he went, and fixed a window that was difficult to close. I will definitely hire Virginia Window Cleaners again.

I was not happy with a former company and sought a new one. This company did the work perfectly. The work was professional, no streaks, and no water splashed around. I have floor to ceiling mirrors on two walls and glass banisters. Only had 3 windows done as part of this job. I will definitely have them again.

Their fee was in line with their estimate, so there was on upselling. They removed all screens so they could clean the exteriors from the outside. This allowed me to clean the screens/frames myself while they did the windows. It took 2 men over 4 hours, They were meticulous. Thank you, Merce and Paul!

Sames as above. Cleaner failed to shut 2 casement windows in my bedroom and failed to tell me about it. I have lost a lot of heat. The windows can be tricky to shut, but there is no excuse for not telling me.

The windows and the gutters combined was $490. Thye did an excellent job. The guy who did the gutters had one little slip, but I won't get into that, they fixed that quickly. They had done work for us for a long time, and they always have done an excellent job. We've used them probably 8 or 10 years.

Wonderfully. Roberto was right on time, very professional and did an excellent job. He worked quickly and was done much faster than I thought given the condition of our windows and the fact that he was a one-man workforce. My windows were amazingly clear. I would definitely hire again.

Very thorough, and professional - didn't realize how much more light could come through clean windows. There were a few areas of mess left inside after cleaning that was not attended to (I did not realize at first, otherwise I would have brought attention to) I appreciate they worked around obstacles to windows, but would rather have moved a bed than come back to find dirt on it. The B on price, was just due to a bit of upselling from the original phone estimate. I appreciate there are several factors in play and that I forgot a few windows when providing the details for my home (and I have several types, sizes and age of windows due to remodeling) but final estimate (provided before work began) was much more than I initially though). The workers were very conscientious regarding a large bay window, and pointing out a broken storm window with recommendations of where to repair. Very please with the work and would use them again, I'll just request attention to the clean up and double check before they leave.

They did a good job, they did more than necessary. I wanted my skylight done. They were fine, I helped them out and made sure everything was done. This people that did the windows had some young girls there and they directed them. They did fine job, they were okay. I would have preferred to have guys up on the roof, because the reason I pay the extra money, I wanted to be safe. I wanted them to be bonded and they were bonded. They were fine and they did what I needed. They were there on time and cleaned up after themselves.

They did a superior job. I have used them in the past and each occasion they have been great. Highly recommend.

We have been using Virginia Window Cleaners for 20 years and have had an exceptional experience each time. For the first 10 years, we had the same person clean the windows each year (he has since retired). They are an A+ business from start to finish - beginning with the pleasant and professional service when you call to schedule an appointment, to when the last window is cleaned. They are meticulous in keeping all areas around the windows clean, very thorough in their cleaning of the windows and window sills, will carefully remove and replace screens if needed, clean screens if needed, and always check in with you when the work has been completed. Something else to consider when hiring a company to clean your windows, is the level of trust of having someone in your home for the day or partial day. This company is 100% trustworthy! Can not endorse this company enough!

teThe service was very good but the price was a total bait and switch. The phone estimate was low $300s for exterior only to $400 for exterior and interior. The guy comes out to do the work and it was $325 for exterior main level and 2nd floor (we have a walk out basement with 6 windows) and $200 for cleaning the inside of the windows plus additional charges for cleaning the window sills. Except for one hard to reach window we have normal windows. It a shame because the work that they did do was done well but I really feel like the phone estimate was intentionally low balled to get the work.

I opened the discussion on Angie's List and later a Thursday phone call set up the particulars and scheduled the work for the following Tuesday. I was told to expect a "time of day" call from the cleaner Monday and as promised, I got one, Work was scheduled to begin between 8 and 9 AM and I got a "there in 10 minutes call" and 10 minutes later a knock on the door at 8:30 Roberto was truly professional in appearance, demeanor and performance. We discussed he job, agreed on a small variance in the price and he went to work. In about 2 hours 25 16 section windows were sparkling along with a patio door and other miscellaneous glass. No muss no fuss just good! This work cost about the same as some of the specials advertised at lower discount prices would have for the same amount of glass. I'm very happy and endorse this company without reservation

These people are great. I've been using them for 20 years and have never had a complaint. Their work is so good that when they are finished it's hard to see that you have glass in your windows. They will also wash the screens. I have 19 rather large windows,and I think their price is very competitive.

came on time, started immediately, worked quickly without guidance, left the windows sparkling all with a wonderful attitude. it was a pleasure having them in our house. now hard to tell there are windows there. Great Job!!
