Excellent work on a down-to-the-studs small bathroom remodel. Easy process, from contract development to material selection. The staff who worked on each phase of the process seemed to be experts in their tasks. They were careful with my property and cleaned up dust and debris multiple times a day. I would highly recommend this company.

We recently completed a 700 SQF addition to our home with SM Construction LLC, and we couldn't be more thrilled with the results. SM Construction came in to fix some problems that had been caused by another companies' bathroom tub/shower replacement. Sirous was very understanding, explained processes well, and his crew wound up replacing floor tile, installing new fixtures, repairing drywall and painting. Several different crew members came to the house and they were all professional, neat, and did excellent work (particularly the drywall repair). Several weeks later I had them come back to repair drywall and paint in the kitchen. 10/10 will use again.

After purchasing a home in a 55+community this spring, I decided to paint ceiling walls and trim and replace all flooring with luxury vinyl tile on two levels. I also needed to refinish a staircase and put new pickets in on the railing. I made several other requests during the renovation, including putting cabinetry in my laundry room, replacing anll electrical switches and outlets (for uniformity), and a bit later, replacing my windows. Sirous handled all of it and followed up promptly when I had questions or concerns.

Usually I don't write reviews, one of the smoothest renovation I have ever had , of course renovation is always rough but Sirous made it much earlier, we start with bathrooms and then remodeled kitchen , Definitely we will use them again for our basement finshing soon

SM Construction performed a fabulous work transforming a typical house into a unique, modern and spacious living space. The remodeling included changes in the layout, new piping, heated floors installation, tile work, kitchen cabinets custom design and installation, laminate flooring through the house, design and remodeling of master bathroom with plumbing relocation, assistance in design options. Overall, the work was done with excellent quality and great communication with the customer. I would hire SM Construction again!

Minor hiccup with the tile on the bathroom floor but everything was resolved quickly and I was happy with the outcome.

The tiling job done by Sirous and his crew was incredibly quick and professional. They remodeled the kitchen using our own design and beat prices on cabinets from large retailers but with all the features like anti-slam silent closing, quality granite counter with designer sink and faucet, as well as installing all the ducting and electrical work for updated appliances and fans. The bathroom was also tiled and they installed a designer toilet of our choice which had some tricky plumbing involved, and along with a new tub, the shower area was tiled from floor to ceiling. Any issues that came up, generally with some of the crew, where resolved by Sirous personally. He spent a lot of time and effort to make us happy and content with the work. Our galvanized pipes had burst over the winter so he also updated the entire plumbing, hot water, and electric components of the house for safety. Not only that but they did a great job installing a central air unit and worked with us closely to choose the correct unit that would work best for our application. Did I forget to mention the recessed lighting install? Thanks for your efforts Sirous.

SM team was top notch. Called for a qoute and within a few days they were ready to start work. They were timely and kept to their schedule as promised. The greatest aspect was actually a few days after work was completed. The dishwasher they installed was leaking, I thought ok here we go now that I have paid thats it. I will have to call a plumber or work with the manufacture who will probably say it was an install issue. But SM was responsive and came out within 18hours to take a look and fix. This was very comforting to me. All too often, once the check is written it becomes "not my problem". Not with this team. Highly recommend.

Excellent. Response was immediate after my initial call, and the responder (Sirios) was pleasant, prompt and professional from start to finish. I had requested that my carpeting be replaced with hardwood, but also that some stairs be recarpeted at the same time. All aspects of the transaction from start to finish were very professional and courteous. Response to my questions and concerns was quick and thorough and I was very comfortable with the process from beginning to end. I would not hesitate to recommend SM Construction in the future. I will certainly use them again should the need arise.
