Mr. Roof

Amir made errors in our contract that I caught. Thomas had an important appointment on 2/10/2022 with my neighbor and me to discuss work to be performed and to exchange permissions to enter each other's property. He no-showed and no-called. He has not responded to my emails and phone calls and has not apologized for missing the appointment. The next day, Amir verbally cancelled my contract. Amir refused to give me the owner's (Ari?) contact information. After repeated requests, Amir finally provided written cancellation to the contract, as required. My feeling from this experience is that the employees are careless and irresponsible.

This is an update to my critical review of 8/9/2020. The new management contacted me and corrected the problems.

Best roofing experience I’ve had with any contractor. Mo explained step by step on how everything will be performed and was always responsive to phone calls and texts.

I was extremely please with the job done. The workers were on time and very professional. Mo explained to me every detail of the work being done before during and after the repairs were complete. Mo provided before and after pictures of the finished product. Mr. Roof is a well organized company I would use again and again. I give them and Mo my highest recommendation. Mr. Roof went above and beyond to made repairs not covered in the roof inspection from another company. I will always remember the quality of work and Mo's attention to every detail to make this a positive experience for me.

This is a great company. Extremely professional dealing with myself and my clients. Rameez and his crew produce high quality work and their customer service is outstanding. They are always on time and complete the work in a timely manner. Upstanding communication and very accommodating with my schedule. I highly recommend.

We called many companies and Mr.Roof was ver responsive. And they cake in at the best price and guided us through the process we could not be happier. They even tried to get us covered through insurance. We already are letting our neighbors know about this company very honest and professional.
