Horrible. After a month of no calls to say it was finished. I went in to pick it up. Well, they had shattered the ceramic lamp, glued it together and put a ugly gold color metal piece on top (that didn't match the other metal work). I complained. The owner called to apologize and he said he would make it look better. Again, a month goes by and no phone call. i call and they it's ready and no charge. Very unhappy. The owner didn't try to make me feel whole again at all.
Description of Work: I needed to have the lamp switch repaired.

I had a bad experience with the staff and the overall quality of the work performed. The owner, however, was very nice and sincerely tried to help once he knew of his staff's actions and words and my dissatisfaction with the delay in getting my shades and the final product (one of the shades was damaged in the process of relining). He offered to try to and restore the shade for free.
Description of Work: Relined 2 lamp shades.
