+ -1 moreIt took over a month to get our shower fixed. It took a few weeks for him to try to track down a part he needed, which in the end he couldn't find. So he had to replace the whole fixture. Communication wasn't great. Had to ask him for updates week after week as he did not volunteer any info (we didn't know he was looking for parts, all we knew was it had been two weeks and our shower still didn't work and hadn't heard from him). Eventually got the new fixture in and it leaked water everywhere after the first shower - had to call him back to fix that part. Wasn't bad service, just a series of unfortunate events, if you will. But we had hoped to have this issue fixed a lot faster.
Description of Work: Needed new fixtures on the shower.
