His guyâ s were relentless working in between rain and freezing temperatures to get the job done and we couldnâ t be happier. Their work is professional, the quality is outstanding, and you couldnâ t ask for a company that goes more above and beyond. Dave even gave me some tips on some DIY projects I was working. You donâ t often find that kind of service! The entire crew were professional and courteous, taking extra steps to ensure their equipment did not tear up our yard. Just wanted to say the driveway work that Steve did is excellent ! We couldn't be more pleased with the way it turned out. Steve was fun to work and talk with during the whole process. Our driveway looks like it did 20 years ago ! Highly recommend these guys !

The men were extremely efficient and excellent at their job. And when I asked them to come back and fix something, they can back the very next day. They have phenomenal customer service. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs fencing done.

Very highly squalified concrete and foundation conractor. No job too small. Was able to fix an original construction problem in the foundation without the need for an elaborate engineering evaluation by the application of sound workmanship kprinciples.

He is not just knowledgeable on concrete, he is knowledgeable on everything and walked me through the process of getting a building put up. He is a veteran and I am active duty so we got along in that respect as well.

Dave and George are great, they kept us informed and were extremely responsive. My husband and I were not in total agreement on where and what type of fence to install. JB Property Development provided several estimates without any complaints. George told me several times "we will do it any way you want." We started with wood and switched to vinyl, it turned out beautiful

They showed up on time and within 45 minutes they they started repairing my roof.

George and Dave were great to work with. Very responsive and got our 2 1/2 acres fenced beautifully. Their crew was very professional and we really appreciated their attention to detail and keeping the work site clean, especially over the weekends! We had a bit of problem with the gate and George and Dave responded to us within minutes and were able to correct the problem within a few days. Highly recommend!

Very professional from start to finish. Although the job was simple in scope, just a split-rail fence installation, they took great care to ensure it was exactly what I wanted. I had just installed new sod and was concerned that it would be damaged during the fence installation. The fence looks great and my new lawn looks perfect.

Do not trust them. Warranty is not something they honor. I had work done in November 2016, was told in an email they have a 1-year warranty. In August of 2017, I began to contact them after the area they worked on started leaking again. All I ever got were empty promises to "put me on the schedule" or "swing by next week" and so forth. After each broken promise, I had to contact them to find out what the latest excuse was. So after 3+ months, I have given up hope that I will ever see anyone from JB. It is a shame that they are not men of their word.

He is a General contractor that does much more than roofs.

The complete project, which included a variety of home improvement tasks, was well done including the clean up. I wouldn't hesitate to consider this company again should a need arise in the future.
