Structural Engineering
We needed to replace a 10' load-bearing stud wall in the basement with a steel beam to get more space for our media room. We called Alex on Friday 8/31/2012 and he came to our house the same day and did the visual inspection and a couple measurements. He was able to produce the completed plan and drawings in about one week. We used the drawing with his engineering stamps on it to get the building permit from Fairfax county without any problem.
