I was extremely pleased with WOW Organizing! I had been nervous to have someone I didn't know come to my home to help me organize. I figured I would be judged for being so cluttered, but Ann was so upbeat and non-judgmental! Her help was exactly what I needed. In a few short hours, we went through my family room and bedroom. We made bags for donation, recycling, and trash. We decided the most intelligent "home" for things that didn't have a place to be and then quickly got things put away. I was so happy to have a calm and peaceful space again! I really could not have been happier with Ann's excellent service. I will definitely be contacting her again soon for help with my basement.

Ann was here from 10-2:30 helping organize my closets. I thought I was organized but we got honest about where I squirreled all the things that I hid just to make surfaces look nice. We got down and dirty finding lost socks, packing up things for donations (4 boxes!) and she had ideas for little things to help me stay truly orderly. If you're considering help, call her. She's kind, firm and hard working. Highly recommended!

They were amazing. My house is very clean but I haven't had time to get organized. They actually moved my furniture around for me. They really helped me. They helped me with my closet and that was a major task. They cleaned the drawers and they worked with my schedule a lot. I had somethings come up and I had to keep cancelling and they worked with me. I would recommend them to anybody. They were really good. She told me what I needed to have and what I could do before she got there. It maximized the use of time. I've already recommended them. My daughter told me I should have them come every six months. They were honest about what would work. They knew how to make things easy. They spent hours with me over the phone and they had me send them pictures of my home.

Set date. Arrived punctually. Had useful supplies on hand. Very good ideas. Was able to implement many that day.

Ann and her co-worker arrived early which was fine. After determining what I needed done the most in the time available, they set about moving things into categories. They brought extra boxes to use when my containers were full. They also labeled boxes so I would know what was in them. They worked steadily for two hours each. My cost is less than their going rate as I purchased a coupon special. I now have the space to sort through boxes one at a time as I'm able to get to them which will make the process much easier. Ann from WOW came to help me. I was so impressed. My daughter's room was really getting to me. It's been junky for two years. It's always a constant battle to make her organize and clean it. I always left with too much stuff STILL and a tired tearful girl. Decided to try WOW and it was marvelous. Ann jumped right in and basically helped my daughter organize her room AND her closet. I was almost afraid to open the closet for fear there would be a deluge of stuff. Ann didn't say a word and made me feel like it wasn't as bad as I know it was. She boxed things up that my daughter had outgrown and got rid of a lot of stuff that needed to be gone years ago. Everything was labeled to go to thrift store, attic and trash. Ann was so pleasant and made my life a lot better. I can see the floor, the walls and the bed. My daughter thought Ann was so sweet, and although tired, she's happy too. My 82 year old mother needed help going through some paperwork that had been piling up. She was having trouble with making decisions about what to keep and fearful that she would throw something out that she might need. Previously my sister and I had tried to help her with this but never made any progress and often left frustrated. I read the reviews and decided to purchase the 4 hour paperwork deal. Ann contracted me right away and made arrangements schedule with my mother . My mother was initially anxious about having an outsider see her disorganization but after a phone call with Ann she was put at ease and surprisingly positive about getting some help. Ann broke up the four hours of work into two 2 hour days which worked well for my mom. My mom had nothing but positive things to say and found Ann to be very helpful. My mother was also willing to consider Ann for future larger projects. My mom stated that working with Ann had motivated to get more organized and prevent papers from taking over again.

Everything went magnificently! We moved recently from Manhattan, and due to traveling and work schedules, were having difficulty with the final push to get everything unpacked and put away, primarily clothing. Ann was so supportive in helping us organize in a way that was most meaningful and useful to us. She listened to our needs, as far as what we needed to have accessible and how often, and worked with us to make it happen. Ann has an extremely warm and pleasant personality, and we truly enjoyed having her in our home. She has a big heart and a big passion to be of service. We would welcome Ann back into our home any time. Thank you so much for your assistance and your support. This was truly one of the best investments we ever made!

Ann and her co-worker arrived at our house promptly and started working right away. Ann had a timer set for 4 hours. This hardworking duo took no breaks! They started on the attic space first and arranged boxes by person, subject, etc. They showed me where everything is located so that all the grown children can now come in and go through their belongings and decide what they want to keep. Areas that were also cleared were my son's bathroom. Items were stowed away in drawers, Boy Scout items were grouped together and you can actually see the counter top now! Ann had helped our son a few days prior organize his room so it is now much more functional. He actually sits at his desk now whereas before this space was nothing more than a pile of "stuff" and trash. It is my hope that since it was Ann working with our son helping him to identify what would work for him that he will take ownership of the space and keep it looking as neat as it looks now. So far it has stayed clean for 2 days! Keeping our fingers crossed. Other spaces in desperate need of clearing were 2 closets and one of the upstairs hallway. These areas were nothing more than piles of stuff from ski equipment/clothing, sailing items, Boy Scouts, old Halloween costumes, etc. All items were dealt with, organized by sport, etc and either put away, donated, or trashed. The closets look amazing now and you can walk down a clear hallway. Final count: 2 large bags of trash, 14 boxes of items to donate to the Vietnam Vets, 2 large bags of cushions, towels, and pillows for the animal shelter. Ann also put me in touch with an eBay seller who took a number of my items that she believes will sale on eBay. Although I have thought of eBay as a potential place to sale items I have never had the time to pursue this idea. I am thrilled to have someone help me as I believe that some of the items should do well on eBay. Ann's price is fair and I believe that the service she provides is of a fantastic value! I look forward to having her in my home again assisting me in reclaiming space, peace of mind, and improved organization.

Ann & Leslie were great to work with on a project we'd dreaded for a very long time & didn't know how to begin. Our garage/workroom was full of tools, woodworking supplies & everything else anyone would have in their garage. They sorted through everything & we now have lots of room to stage future donations etc. as we try to downsize the rest of our house. There was no pressure to discard anything; they offered great moral support as we parted with lots of stuff we don't use anymore. We had dreaded this process very much, but Ann & Leslie made it much more tolerable process.

Great. I just was present to answer questions as to what was to stay in garage, to be thrown out, to be given to Habitat to Humanity's ReStore, to be thrown under deck or put in attic, etc.. They organized so exacting that it turned out I had more shelves than stuff which was great for space saving and using those shelves somewhere else.

SHe was a great help as we prepared with a few upcoming events!

WOW! Is all I can say. Ann responded quickly and we scheduled appt for the very next week. It's something I've been putting off for a long, long time. My closet was a catch all for the whole house it seemed. With 3 kids and a busy husband, I never could get to it. Ann hugged me immediately when we met. She knew how hard it was for me to make that call and get started on such a massive undertaking. To let someone in your closet is very personal and private and I'm so glad I came across Ann to share this experience with. We were in the closet for 4 hours...4 hours straight working, deciding, letting go of things. Ann's tone was both warm and matter of fact. For example, a great Ann Taylor suit that I haven't worn in a while...I was struggling...what if I need to wear this suit?... Ann suggested we donate the suit to a domestic violence shelter and give someone in need an interview outfit. Wow! I let it go. I'm proud to say that I was able to let go of a lot...8 boxes to be exact. It was freeing! Ann brought organizing tools to help me sort accessories and shoes. She made suggestions to make even more room. She gave me tips on how to maintain my new neatly organized space. She gave me questions to answer before I purchase any clothes. She is a true professional with a warm disposition to help you through the job. My husband was so impressed! Ann helped me start on his closet and he and I completed it that evening. I have another storage space that I hope to have Ann help me with soon.

It went well. We asked for input re: numerous areas in our home and Ann was able to provide cost-effective suggestions that we have or will implement. She provided hands-on help during her visit, plus additional advice that we were able to put to use after a quick visit to the store for a few inexpensive supplies. We found these solutions to be immediately helpful and so far, easy to maintain. She suggested a reorganization plan for two storage rooms that will facilitate additional functionality and make it easier to find what we need when we need it. She suggested a method for dealing with mail and other paper coming into the house that has helped us begin to tame that monster. Ann was prompt, personable and easy to work with. If she made a suggestion that we didn't think would work for us, she was happy to look for another way to solve the problem. In that sense she was not rigid or "prescriptive." Having said that, some of the strategies that she suggested can be found in books or other materials available to help with organizational challenges. Even so, it was clear that we'd found them difficult to implement, and it was quite helpful to have them reiterated by a third party who could see exactly what we were up against in our home, who brought experience and an encouraging attitude to bear, and who had suggestions that made it easier to do some of the things we knew we had to do in order to move forward.

Was embarrassed b/c of the shape I had let it get into, but Ann was in no way condescending. I hate organizing but it was much easier with her help.

I am a single parent of 2 K-5-aged children. I have a very demanding job and have little time for the type of organization that Ann's expertise could offer. She and I worked together for 5 hours, side by side, and accomplished more than I could have imagined we'd get done. She brought materials and together we created order in my kitchen, dining room and master bedroom. She was encouraging about what I kept and what I either donated or gave away. If I was unable to make a decision, we'd circle back around. I had dreaded this for months and now I'm already planning another visit from Ann. She provides a great service and I strongly encourage you to call her...don't put it off any longer.

Ann was very understanding, very friendly and professional. We got a lot done in a little bit of time. As soon as we can get all our schedules in line we hope Ann will come back to help us with the rest . We love her she is wonderful

I called Ann when I was in Roanoke just to get an idea of her services. She came by to see me in a day or so and we spent a good amount of time talking about what I needed and how we might go about it. For me, it was easiest to go through cabinets myself and hand things to Ann to pack and box. She was SO encouraging that I didn't feel the emotion of doing it alone. She is also very personable and can make the tasks fun........something I never imagined I would feel. She was prompt and incredibly efficient, as were the people she sent to evaluate books and furnishings. We then organized things for two different charities and her colleague loaded them into his car and delivered them in two separate trips. Obviously there are things that I needed to go through myself (paperwork, personal letters and documents, etc. and I did that before finding Ann. She is also able to work on her own by assembling things in categories and letting the client look through them to decide what to discard, sell, donate, etc. and she takes it from there. She is very flexible.
