Randolph's Landscaping

Sean was easy to communicate with by phone or text. Our job was delayed during the hurricane rains in the area and he was always ready with another tentative date for the job. The project took a turn with demolition of a wall and hauling off the debris and he and his team accommodated that without any problem. Today I see some sprouts of grass and hopefully grass will keep on growing!

Hired to do yard work and to tiller up a small garden area. Sean was a no-show, no call for the job the first time we tried to use him. After 2 days, I contacted him to set up another date and time. He showed up 3 hrs early. Cut the front yard only, I felt it was over-priced for the work that was done. Rearranged for him to return to tiller for the garden. Again, a no-show, no call Finally called him, and he said he would had a family emergency and would get back to me. Needless to say, he is not contacted me yet. It is been over a week. I contacted him via text and canceled any further work or contact with him. This is very disappointing as we really needed to get a good deal of work done.

Each project, I asked Sean if they could do, itâ s was always not a problem. I would recommend this company to anyone that needs Randolphâ s landscaping, hard-working and diligent and his team could not be any nicer and responsive. Thumbs up to Randolph landscaping!!

Everything was great

I did not want to say this but it was actually a disaster! I had decided just to cut the limbs off since I had no way to remove or dispose of the trunk of the tree. The guy came and looked at it, made photos, then called back with a price. They were late in arriving (but he did call to tell me they were going to be late). When they arrived, turned out they did not have the proper equipment and apparently the climber was afraid so they insisted on cutting the entire tree. They asked my neighbor who said no he did not want them to cut the tree since it may cause damage to his property. Anyway they went ahead and cut the tree. It broke 6 of my fence posts and destroyed the wire. It broke limbs off of many other trees on both my yard and my neighbors yard. My neighbor was furious, threatening to sue. They did eventually get the tree out of my yard but now these huge parts are laying right behind my fence and I have no way of getting rid of it. What a mess.

Removed and disposed of furniture, etc

Very nice. Mowed and weed whacked in an hour for a reasonable cost. Yard looks great.

Set up simple first job to deliver sand gave him anytime within 3 days missed first 2 days that he set up then pushed job back until Monday following week never showed messaged him said he would be there next day nothing another message promise to bring Tuesday nothing then Wednesday hurt his finger so no but said he would be there first thing on Thursday nothing. So horrible business ethics and would not trust our waste time again. But his loss because I also had allot of work for him but I will find someone else

This is really the man for all your landscaping needs! Contacted him early in the week on Angiâ s. Asked for a free quote on a Property in a really rural area. Not only did he respond soonest but got me the quote which was very reasonable as it was tailored to my needs but what put him over-the-top was he suggested to cut the trees and the lawn regularly. He promised to cut the trees and haul all away. Of the four companies contacted, he answered right away. I hired him and he went out and did the work as promised. He even dealt with my own family very well and even gave me a call to let me know whatâ s going on since I live in another town. Any work I need in the future will be done by him and his company. Thank you very much! I appreciate u doing this for our family!
