They had battery three days After I inquired. It was discovered they needed a special Security security Screw Driver to remove the battery itself. Took several weeks to locate and obtain the screw driver. (This was a monkey wrench apple threw them. Most computer Batteries unplug from outside of case and Plug in, a Five minute operation.) When Screw driver arrived battery was changed in 10 minutes. People were courteous. And apologetic for taking so long which wasn't their fault. Would recommend them. To anyone needing Computer repair. They just moved into a new Building on Chatham Road (corner Commonwealth BLVD and Chatham Road. They gave me a discount on the battery for my delay.

Helped a friend purchase an external harddrive case to save data from laptop harddrive. Brought the casing home and the laptop harddrive would not fit due to excessive gluing inside case. Attempted to put harddrive in but it needed more pressure to force into place that we were willing to risk. Returned to store and they refused the return. Only allowed store credit. My friend did not need anything else from the store. The technician appeared from the back and took the casing. He forced one of his harddrives into the casing and then returned and showed it working, saying, "Looks like it works fine." I examined the casing with the drive in it and could see the harddrive was forced down into the hard glue. The imprint was very clear. I point out that as a technician he might risk damaging the casing or harddrive, forcing it in, but a customer would not. He said that he did not force it in. I reached to show him exactly where and he jerks the casing out of my reach and looks at me like, "You can't touch this!" Insulted and mocked, I insisted on a refund. They refused. Now my friend has a receipt with a store credit written on it with no need for anything from the store. They have a sign stating that there are no cash refunds, only store credit. I found this dishonest and poor business practice as it suggests that they can sell any broken thing they want and never have to give your money back. I would simply like future prospective customers to know that they risk losing their money when they purchase something from this store. If it is broken when they sell it, you are simply out of luck. The local BBB supported the business on this policy of no refunds no matter what. Buyer beware.

He's is wonderful. It's owned by a young guy who is capable and has received some business awards for his services from the Chamber of Commerce.
