+ -1 moreMade an appointment for an estimate but Clemens was a no show. Really thought I had the right guy this time but even after calling a few times and leaving messages to find out what happened and make a new appointment I have not had a return call. I'm very disappointed.

+ 0 moreExtremely well. Clemens came by about an hour after I sent the company an e-mail. He was able to identify that the issue was not a leak in the roof, but that the duct work in my HVAC unit had been damaged and was causing condensation to build up on the ceiling of one of our bedrooms. Perhaps most impressive was that this diagnosis meant I did not immediately need his business. To me, this is a signal that this is a company that operates with integrity. Will most likely hire them when I need to replace the insulation in my attic.
Description of Work: Thought I had an issue with water leakage through my roof, I asked Zion to come by and see how much it would cost to replace any damaged insulation.
