+ -1 moreTom is a very independent individual and takes a lot of pride in his finished product. He asks questions to make sure he understands exactly what you want. You do need to be very specific with your wishes as he isn't always a mind reader and, at the beginning, he and I were not always thinking along the same lines. Overall I am always pleased with his work. In fact, I have recommended him to neighbors and now have trouble getting back on his list because everyone keeps him so busy!
Description of Work: Tom has worked done work for me over the last ten years encompassing window and door installation, light plumbing work, light electrical, woodworking, painting, built and installed copper canopies over some windows. built and installed transoms inside the house, rebuilt interior walls, just about everything. He has even built a new front porch for me based on just a photograph!

+ -1 moreTom was great. He worked methodically and quickly trying to gauge the best possible solution to why relatively new windows (less than 10 years old) were failing. Once the issue was identified he got to work checking all my windows to make sure I didn't have further issues. He also looked around the rest of the house to ensure I was winterized. He is awesome!
Description of Work: Tom rebuilt some windows for me this time out. He can do just about anything I ask of him from small renovation work to restoring a small outbuilding.
