Very well. Jimmy showed up first thing Monday and my problem was solved quickly. He even helped me with my water filter install. I will use Jimmy Greer again!

I called Jimmy about a toilet that was constantly running. He said that he would call me back at 1 pm. He said that if he could not get here, he would send his son (also a plumber). He called before 1 to say his son would be coming by shortly. I was a bit apprehensive, but once I met Dustin, I knew he was a professional. After consulting with his dad, it turned out that my old builder's brand toilet was discontinued and they could not get parts. Dustin went to Home Depot with me and helped me pick out a new toilet, which he installed. The entire job took about an hour. I am very pleased with the work.

Mr Greer called and showed on site ready to fix a problem with a leaky drain pipe buried in 60 year old duct work. Mr Greer came up with a great fix and resolved the problem in less than a day at a reasonable cost.

Jimmy Greer is the kind of tradesman that you hope to find, and are lucky if you do. He works for himself and really cares about his customers. I recently had a different contractor perform some renovations, and my new toilet was running. I contacted Jimmy in the early morning of July 19th, and he came later that morning. Jimmy was very professional and friendly. He explained to me why the toilet was running and immediately repaired it. He also checked the toilet and saw that a couple of bolts had been interchanged. Jimmy corrected that problem and checked all of the rest of the plumbing in my house to make sure that there were not any problems. He corrected the toilet bolts in the other toilets and fixed the stoppers in 3 sinks. I also asked him to look at some wooden shelves that were pressing into the copper pipes. Jimmy drilled notches in the wood so that I won't have any chance of a future leak. Jimmy also checked the shim work of my new shower diverter, and placed caulking there to make sure that it stays in place. He put a new drain into the tub, and fixed the counterweight under the kitchen faucet hose. Jimmy goes above and beyond, and feels responsible for making the customer's home in perfect plumbing shape -- he even performs carpentry (like on my shelves) if that is necessary! Jimmy is prompt, and his price is extremely reasonable. I was very lucky to find him!

Jimmie arrived promptly, diagnosed appropriately, gave a fair quote, and did an outstanding job on the valves and the access panel. The bill came via e-mail, and Jimmy followed-up later to make sure all was well.

Jimmy was very friendly and professional. He is a very clear communicator and put everything in writing so there is a clear understanding as to the cost and work to be performed.

From the initial phone call to the completion of the job, Mr. Greer did a very professional job. I asked a few friends about plumbers, we have had some doozies in the past, and Mr. Greer's name was given with excellent reviews. When I called Mr. Greer to set up an appointment, he gave me a few dates he was available and we coordinated our schedules. He arrived on time and was very happy to be helping us out. He assessed the situation and then went to our local plumbing supply house picked up exactly what was needed and the job was completed within an hour and a half. I think he actually had to do more than I think he thought would be necessary because of where the pipe was placed in the house. He ended up having to cut out a lot of drywall and some of the studs that were blocking the piece that needed to be replaced. Once he had made the repair, he showed me what he did, cleaned up the space after himself and that was that. He was very nice and was wonderful to work with. We will definately call him for our next job!

Could not come the day I called but arrived early afternoon on a Sunday. Was clean and efficient..

jimmy is a straight shooter and a one man show. I like that I'm actually spending money on the work instead of the marketing to go into winning my business
