Able Bodied stayed in contact with me throughout the project. He confirmed the appointment time, called to let me know when he'd be there and showed up on time. After completing the job, he showed me pictures to verify the work was done and even raised concerns he had regarding issues he saw with my roof. It was solid work at an excellent price and I will hire him again.

We couldn't be happier that we chose Able Bodied Maintenance to fix our gutter problem!! After a previous rain, water was gushing over the top of the gutter and sheeting down the back of the house, which would eventually trigger the sump pump to activate. Hearing our concern, Able Bodied owner, Francis, after an initial appointment set for next day, called us back and said, because of what we were experiencing, they could come the same day to fix the problem! Great work at a great price

Francis and his wife showed up the very next day after I submitted my information and got to work right when they arrived. They left our gutters looking spotless and ready for the rain. They were fast and communicated a lot to let me know their status. I won't hesitate to use them for additional projects in the future!
