+ -1 moreThis company is absolutely horrible with communication and customer service. For example, they would make an appointment and then not show up. You would get apologies and excuses but then they would not return phone calls. I waited over two weeks for a follow up call and then was told “well we stopped by last week and no one was home.” As if it’s my fault. No phone call was made to arrange a time to come by the home. I called this morning to give them one more chance and instead of apologizing I was given excuses. Extremely poor customer service. Also, the presenting issue was not addressed.
Description of Work: Called for help figuring out noises in attic.

+ -1 moreMr. Hall was prompt in calling me back after I left a message at his office. He was punctual showing up and very courteous and professional. And he came to work ! My home is older on a tight crawl space so there was nothing easy about. Mr. Hall and his helper Mike worked hard and were very diligent and thorough in the treatment. I was impressed and therefore signed a service agreement to eliminate future problems.
Description of Work: Discovered I had a serious subterranean termite problem. Hall Pest Control Service did an inspection, quoted a price and came READY TO WORK. Did a complete termite treatment on my house.

Description of Work: He came out and checked all around the house.He checked in the crawlspce and basement.He explained what he was going to do and quoted a price.He canr out the next afternoon and went to work.Boring the walls and treating the ground.He finished up the next day.This tech did the best job in treating a house i've ever seen and i work in constuction.You want your house safe from critters,call this young man,he really takes pride in his work.

+ -1 moreThey are always prompt. They really go the second mile. They are never in a rush and always ask good questions to make sure we get the most out of the appointment. They are very observant. Their prices are reasonable and they are just awesome to work with!
Description of Work: They come periodically and spray our rental cabins. They will also come out to take care of any insects that come through.
