Very unsatisfied that job was not completed, told a lie and my home/family at risk of a fire. They showed up and did the inspection and cleaned all three chimneys. I was told that a liner was needed to for one of my chimneys and the other two were safe to use. Well I had another chimney company come in behind them for a bid on the liner. Upon inspection, we found out they did NOT clean one of my chimneys which another chimney fire could have happened. The other Chimney needed to repair one tile and the crown replaced. Pictures were taken and shown to my husband and myself the tile that needed to be repaired. The other picture showed the creosote build up was thick as the length of the pen.

He was on time, friendly and professional. Did an excellent job. Very satisfied.

I asked for someone to fix the fireplace because I was not sure about another vendor and the information they gave me however Cody told me there is nothing worn with my fireplace and there was any work needed, I was really impressed!
