They did a very good job. I've used them every year for the heating and air conditioning check since 2007. They show up on time and do the work as advertised. It is a good job all around.

The installers called ahead and actually arrived early which I appreciated. Installation went smooth and the installers left no residual installation materials behind, including the old air handler and compressor unit. I was given driving instructions on how to operate the new system which included a new programmable thermostat. I have used Woody for the past 13 years and they continue to provide good consistent reliable service.

They came out labor day Sunday and fixed out problem, which really impressed me. They got lost getting to our house, but did a good job after all was done and the price was fine.

I have used this service repeatedly over the last 8 years and they have never let me down. They were very honest in their dealings and did not attempt to sell me anything that I didn't need. I have never experienced this with heating/cooling vendors in the past. I can't recommend them too highly.

The experience with them was alright. I didn't feel real comfortable with them. They didn't give a professional presentation. When they showed up they were kind of grungy. It was more like a "Mom and Pop" situation. Their prices were high. They did fix the problem. I might use them again in the future, if I discussed the price with them first.

OVERALL WOODY WAS PRETTY GOOD BUT HE DID CAUSE A SCRATCH AND SMALL DENT IN MY NEWLY PAINTED WALL WITH OUR LADDER. HE SEEMED RUSHED AND EVEN THOUGH I POINTED IT OUT HE DIDN'T EVEN TRY TO COMPENSATE ME FOR IT EVEN AS A GOODWILL GESTURE. HOWEVER, HIS KNOWLEDGE IS GOOD AND HE KNOWS WHAT HE IS TALKING ABOUT. PRICE IS NOT CHEAP; JUST MARKET.

After being told by another company it would need replacement, I consulted with my realtor and Angie's List and called Woody's. Woody showed me exactly what the problem was and solved it in short order. All is well now. It was a great transaction and I am thrilled with the service!

They are very prompt and are very efficient and do good work. We've never had a problem. They've been very reliable.

After checking Angie's List for performance reports on Heating & AC contractors, we chose Ace Air Conditioning in Northern VA because of the high level of positive comments about them. When I called them, I found out that they were not taking any new customers in Prince William County and recommended Woody's Sudden Service. I asked if Woody's was as good as Ace, and Ace was confident that they would do a good job. I called mid-day Monday and the soonest a technician could be there was on Wednesday between 12 and 3 pm. Evan arrived at about 12:45 pm Wed. afternoon and got right to work on the equipment. Needless to say, we are very happy -- and cool -- after weeks of open windows and wondering who to call to have a solid estimate and repair made. We are VERY pleased with the speed and competence we experienced today.

The repairman arrived on time and although I was a little surprised to see him in shorts and a T-Shirt, I was very impressed with the actual service. He was friendly, personable and really knew his job well. We discussed the possiblity of replacing my old system with a heat pump and he provided me a quote. However, there was no pressure for me to buy the system, he simply provided the information for me to look at.

Showed up on time. Final bill was under estimate. System's doing fine.

They came at the last minute to install a water heater for us. Same day service because we were with out hot water. Efficient and clean. We will call them again in the future.

When service was scheduled, the service window quoted was within two hours! Technician arrived on time. Problem was diagnosed and repaired in less than an hour. I felt the job was reasonably priced and I will use them again in the future.

They were on time, polite, and didn't try to replace the water heater since it wasn't leaking presently. If I had been encouraged to replace this, I would have. So I figure I saved about $700 for now.

WORK IS EXCELLENT. PRICE IS REASONABLE, AND THEY ARE ALWAYS ON TIME. SOME YOUNGER WORKERS NEED TO REMOVE SHOES.

VERY GOOD. THEY EXPLAINED WHAT THEY WERE DOING. THEY FINISHED THE JOB IN A TIMELY MANNER. I WAS VERY SATISFIED WITH THE COMPANY'S PERFORMANCE AND WILL HIRE THEM AGAIN.

I HAVE WORKED WITH WOODY'S MANY TIMES. ANYTIME I HAVE A PROBLEM I ALWAYS CALL THIS COMPANY. THEY HAVE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND THEY DO A VERY GOOD JOB. I'M ALWAYS HAPPY WITH THEM.
