Description of Work: I actually bought a maintenance agreement. The Technician, Brian, performed both my HVAC fall/spring tuneup. the only reason I chose a different company for my tuneups is because the company is basically a Lennox shop. My equipment is Carrier. They still did a very good job !!

I am sorry that you feel this way. We have been to this house twice this year, and have not been there prior. We found a dead compressor on the first visit in May. We replaced the compressor and the system was working OK until the system tried to go into heat. We were called back in November and found that the outdoor expansion valve had failed. We replaced it and the system has worked fine ever since, as far as we know. We fixed the problems that we found, when we found them. We did not create the problems. I don't understand why we were given such a bad grade. The "D" should be given to his system, not to Woody's!

I am not sure why a B rating is able to be given to a contractor, when all the person did was call around for service and happened to choose someone else. Unless the contractor actually performs some service for the customer, they should not be able to rate the contractor.

Description of Work: Replaced a HVAC system with Lennox 13HPX 2.5ton with CBXX26UH and Electric Heaters.. Responded quickly, professional workmanship, and left the area clean. Have used them twice and totally satisfied both times. I chide them about the weird name of the company, but hey are well known in the Manassas area and they do good work. You can bargain with them on price if you have another written estimate and they will usually match the price.
