I was completely pleased with the work that Mr. Williams did on my propane grill. Instead of having to buy a new grill, I now have have one that is almost like new. Mr. Williams knew exactly what was needed and performed the work diligently and for a fair price. He was also courteous and easy to deal with, as was the lady who scheduled my appointment. I would definitely use this company again.

Like most of us, I waited to the last minute to call and see if I could get someone to look at my grill. The Lady that took my call explained she was booked up for a few days but would try to help me trouble shoot the problem. In the end, she actually told me how I could fix it myself and saved the cook out my wife requested for Mothers Day. She clearly knew what she was talking about and cared more about helping someone that just making a buck. In fact, she even went on to explain what the fix could be should the part actually break and about what it would cost to repair. This is one to save in your phone for the next time. Great customer service.

Fantastic. Very professional and friendly. They have supported the product, which I had installed almost a year ago. I had problems and they walked me through solutions, and ultimately assisted in fixing the problem while under warranty. Could not be happier with their service.

Tracy Williams came out to service our fireplace. She did a great job and also managed to fix a few small issues we were having. We will definitely call her again for service next year.

Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Communication was great. Showed up for appointments exactly as they said. Great job of running the gas line up to deck. And provided through tutorial of how to operate appliances. Even upgraded the gas line that came with the grill to allow better gas flow.

Very responsive, professional, neat and clean installation. Darrell and Tracy worked very well as a team. They installed the pipe per code, hooked up the stove, tested its operation, and gave us tips for dealing with the new appliance before leaving. They looked at and addressed every concern and question we had. Would recommend Darrell and Tracy very highly.

Diagnosed the problem, had a replacement available on the truck, tested the gas line and repaired the grill quickly.

The estimate process was easy. I was advised of a time slot and they showed up within the time slot and provided an estimate. Coordination with Tracy on the install was easy and communication prior to the installation was great. It was raining on installation day. They covered the areas where they walked and cleaned up after the installation. The plus was that Tracey was very helpful in the operation of the new stove and provided c;leaning tips. Great firm.

The owner called me because they were held up at another job. She was able to work with me to figure out that my problem was an issue that her company could not fix. She spent about 30 minutes working with me. She referred me to a different contractor that specialized in venting and they did a great job fixing the problem.

I selected the gas logs that best suited my preference and price range. When Tracy was here during my initial inspection, we set the date for installation of new logs. I e-mailed her with my choice of design. Tracy's husband was here earlier today, on time and promptly set about with removal of the old logs and burner. He installed the new burner and checked for leaks. There were none. He continued to place the new logs and embers, and ignited the flame. He made certain that all was in good working order, and showed me how to control the flame height (manual). My new gas logs came with an on/off remote control, and I couldn't be happier!

Tracey was wonderful! I had a horrible experience with a different company, and decided to join Angie's List and get a "real" company to repair my gas grill. Tracey answered the phone promptly, and listened to my tale of woe. She troubleshooter on the phone, reassured me that I could use the grill despite the igniter not working and walked me through manual lighting. They will be my go-to people and I would gladly recommend the. To my friends.

We had a wood burning fireplace which we wanted to have changed into a gas log fireplace. Tracy Williams followed up on the voicemail we left about getting an estimate. She was great at communicating with us and setting up an appointment. Her husband Daryl came out and explained what the process would be and recommended we go to J.E. Rice hardware store in Manassas to look at the gas log sets they had there. I went over there to pick out the one I liked best and had them order it. Daryl recommended that we have the chimney cleaned first because that had not been done in years. Tracy scheduled our appointment. Leopold Chimney came out and did a good job inspecting and cleaning the chimney. Daryl obtained the necessary permits and did the installation. He had to drill a hole through the wall of our house to pipe the gas from the meter to the fireplace and installed a very nice looking shut off valve. He installed the hood over the fireplace and the gas log set. He tested for leaks and started the fireplace to make sure everything worked correctly. He explained the workings thoroughly. He also took a look at the gas fireplace we had upstairs and even fixed the way we could start that one even though we had lost the remote without charging extra going above and beyond what we had hired him to do. Tracy also scheduled the appointment for the county inspector to come out to inspect the work. We were trying to figure out how to close the damper the next day and gave Tracy a call. She promptly responded, asked me to send pictures to see what kind of damper it was, and gave us a solution. Awesome service and workmanship. We highly recommend them.

We worked through Angie's List to get them. They were awesome! They were phenomenal. They were very responsive and they took the time to go figure out who did the install. We couldn't find the original paperwork for the install so they found everything and they just went the extra mile to make sure that everything was safe and clean. They were very good. I would definitely do business with them again. They were professional and organized. They were communicative and stubborn in solving the problem. They wanted to make sure we had the best. They really took care of us. It was coming off of the way that we had the installation, it was like night and day. If we had known them, we would do it differently with them doing the install.

The fireplace people have been exceptional. I have used them twice. They gave me a great estimate when they were here before and they honored the estimate, and I mean they did extensive work and they actually fixed some work that a prior plumber had done when the gas fire place was put in on the upstairs level and apparently there were some errors that were made and this group actually fixed those errors as part of the cost and they stayed with their estimate and they went above and beyond. I can't speak highly enough about them. I would use them anytime. They are great and excellent on everything. Remember their estimate was based from two years ago and they honored that estimate that is how honest integrity it was. She said we gave me an estimate and we will honor that.

I called to make the appointment in early December but Tracy was not available until after the first of the year. She arrived on time in January, performed the service efficiently and to our satisfaction.

If you need any type of gas service and you want a quality job at a reasonable price, Williams Services is the company to call. Daryl and Tracy are very conscientious, personable and above all professional. They gave me a detailed estimate and were very thorough in explaining the what and how for the work required. I was kept informed of any schedule changes (only two minor ones) and they were meticulous in their work as well as cleaning up and removing excess materials. They also arranged for the purchase and delivery of the fire logs and gas grill, as well as recommending a quality generator contractor. Also, they made the arrangements for a new meter as well as inspections and testing. We had absolutely no problems; we were extremely satisfied with the work performed and commend them to anyone who needs gas services.
