I am getting a deck buit and needed to have a survey done on my property to submit to my HOA as part of the Architectural Application request. I asked the deck company I have selected to built my deck, for any survey company that they recommend and they referred me to Sam Whitson. That day, I contacted Sams' office and the lady I spoke with was very helpful, cordial and she told me that they would put a rush on this job since it was holding up my deck building project. They do require payment up front, so I was asked to mail in a check for the survey cost amount. I did so that night and it arrived the next day to their office. Only TWO DAYS after I mailed off the check, Sam was out at my house doing his survey work. The turnaround from start (mailing off the check), to actual completion of the survey was only 5 days. I received, in the mail, a very professional survey done by Sam and his company. I received two copies of the survey and one nicely laminated (full color) plat survey in addition to the copies. I provided one of the copies to my deck building company as part of the contract and will use the other for the HOA application. I am EXTREMELY pleased to have used Sam Whitson for my survey job and will most certainly not only use them, but also recommend them, in the future.

What they did was a house location survey and land boundary survey. They were very helpful and friendly. They told me that there were two different kind of survey and they also gave me discounts. They were very professional and did a good job.
