+ -1 moreWork finally began May 12, 2008. One half amount was paid at time of contract signing. I had informed company that I was going out of town 5/10/08. Work was done while I was away and my neighbors watered but no on from the company checked on the SOD laid. I called when I returned for instruction on care. No response.
Description of Work: Sod was laid (also preparation such as top soil). Shrubbery trimmed (3 small bushes). Small town house (10 x 15 feet). Contract signed April 26, 2008.
