This company just was fantastic. We are in the process of purchasing a foreclosure property. The day before closing, we were required to obtain a second appraisal and the appraisal revealed electrical issues in the basement. Our realtor recommended this company to us, so he called and they were able to meet us at the property the next morning. They arrived early. They worked quickly and efficiently to fix the electrical problems caused by the prior owner so that the property could pass our electrical inspection. Including materials, we only paid about $500 total (including materials). They charged $400 and we needed about $100 in materials. My husband thought this was a great deal given what was needed. The appraiser returned to confirm that all of the work requested was complete. We passed the inspection. They also cleaned up when they were finished. Manny and Richard were professional and courteous. We definitely plan to use them again for several other projects in the coming months.
