They were contacted to repair 2 Heating systems in our home, through our home warranty service. Our heaters were not working properly in 28 degree weather. They asured me that they serviced my area, and said they would come between 10-2pm the next day. I took off work to stay home to meet them and cancelled appts during that time, only to have them tell me the next day that I was not in their service area. I specifically asked them when I made the appt if I was in their service area, and they said I was.. I would not recommend this company at all.

The technicians attempted to connect the garden hose to the washing machine hose/faucets to wash the outside compressor unit since the outside faucet was not working properly. They brought the hose inside to connect it to the washing machine pipes; however, they could not disconnect the washing machine hose to connect the garden hose and therefore abandoned that idea. They then managed to use the outside hose to clean the compressor, however now, the washing machine rinse cycle does not work properly. Rather than re-send their technician to assess the problem or even explain what they tried to do (since I was not present, but this was done with my husband present), they completely denied having done anything to the washing machine pipes and called us a liar. Since they were uncooperative about this issue and the home warranty company was not liable for damages caused by contractors, I decided just to make a separate service call for the washing machine and pay to repair it. When the home warranty company called this AC company to see why they did not contact us for the follow-up to the original cooling problems (not even the washing machine issue because I had abandoned trying to fight that matter), they cryptically claimed that they spoke to my husband and then refused to do any more work with us again. The home warranty company saw that the number they provided as proof of talking with my husband was wrong; I also called my husband with the warranty representative on the line and he confirmed nobody had called or spoke to him. When the representative called the AC company back they were rude and claimed we were liars and refused to work with us again. The home warranty company then recommended that we use a different contractor and filed a complaint in their office against this AC company. These contractors were extremely rude, highly unprofessional, and unethical. The home warranty representative filed a complaint with their manager and provided us with a different company (at no charge) to follow-up on the original repair matter. I would recommend never using these people.
