Vazquez Wood Floors

Mr. Vazquez is a very conscientious craftsmen, who takes true pride in his work. Over the years, I've had a lot of floor work. The woods he installed were as clear and as free of defects as I've seen. His sanding and refinishing skill is remarkable. The project took several days. Mr. Varquez kept the area clean, without too much dust. I highly recommend him.

We purchased an expensive bed and wanted it re-stained. We were not sure if it was possible, so we asked Javier to look into it for us and we gave him a critical piece of the furniture to test it out. He took it with him (approx. 2 months back) and has not returned it to as of yet. Don't know if he will ever return to us. Meanwhile, we have essentially lost $900

Javier Vazquez had done some work before for me so I decided to call him again. This time for a bigger project, namely installing wooden flooring on an entire level of my house. He came by and acted very professional, asked for a deposit ($1000 for the material and $200 for the service). Due to the previous work he had done, I gave the money to him in good faith. This was about two months back. To date, there is no sign of the wood nor and work done. He has been avoiding me the whole time. This weekend he finally fessed up and said he had made personal use of the money and promised me that if I get the wood, he would do the work for me free. He was supppose to call me yesterday and today and we were suppose to pick up the wood, but I think this is not to be.
