The carpet did not look clean at all. It was a waste of time.

Before you decide to hire this contractor make sure to read the d and f ratings and you will see that a theme emerges. If the work is done properly then everything is fine but the real test is how a company responds when there is a problem or the work isnt done properly. Well the work was not done properly (footprints in the dried polyurethane, pools of dried polyurethane and stairs that had not been sanded at all although we were charged $700 for the work, repair to a section that had water damage that looked worse after they "fixed" it). Also the crew left all the sanding disks and garbage on our back patio. when I called Sam to discuss he immediately started yelling at me and would't listen to anything I was trying to tell him. I was totally shocked at his response especially because he hadn't even seen the floor as subcontractors did the actual work. After he calmed down he agreed to come to my house and see for himself. Once he arrived he couldn't deny the evidence and agreed to refund the money we were charged for the stairs and send a crew back to fix the other problems. As we had literally just moved into the house and had boxes everywhere I didn't notice there were several more pools of dried polyurethane. I called back six weeks later after we had totally unpacked to report the additional problems and lo and behold Sams reaction was to start screaming and arguing again. He finally said he would send out the crew again "as a favor " but only after I threatened to dispute the charge through the credit card company. Again, read all the D and F ratings before you hire this company!

They did a great job. It worked out very well. They came to my house that was convenient and easy. work They were really nice and great customer service. I would absolutely recommend them and use them again.

There were several issues with the first installation (the boards were left too long), which caused the flooring to buckle up off of the floor. Although the company was responsive in addressing this problem, the re-installation of the flooring was done poorly. The laminate was cut too short in places, which left a large gap between the quarter round and the end of the board. The main salesperson tried to tell me that the reason for the gaps was because I kept my house too cool - it needed to be warmer in order for the boards to remain at the right size (NB that the size of the gaps I'm referring to were large enough for a finger to fit into, so it's not a matter of ambient temperature).  After a third time with re-installation and repairs, I'm still finding small issues in the workmanship but do not want to deal with the company further.  Punctuality was a bit of an issue with the work crew after the first installation.

They were really helpful in helping us to choose the carpet that would be good for us in the situation. They were really friendly and efficient. They did a great job. We use them in the future.

They did a wonderful job with both jobs. Both the new floors came out beautifully. They were neat and cleaned up well after the whole thing was finished. They were very professional. They showed up on time every time. They made sure that both the new floors were perfect.
