Description of Work: This was a big deal through Angie's list for 40 hours of a handy man. The crew was very fast but pretty sloppy. They mainly repaired rotten wood on my porch. They took the shortest means possible, so didn't replace all the rotten wood and what they did replace they failed to line up with the old porch. It's like they never used a level or even "eye-balled" the lines. I had to come in after and repair some and most of what they did is coming apart. I will have to hire someone else to complete the job. In their haste, they then had time left and we had to scrounge for other projects, again, they took the quick solution rather than do a thorough job. I don't think I got my full 40 hours but when I emailed them to see it time was left, I never got a response.

Description of Work: I paid for 200 square feet of floor refinishing. The room was much smaller than 200 square feet and the first thing the vendor tried to do was up sell me quarter round. The floor looks ok but just ok, not really a great job.

Description of Work: Placed hard wood flooring in our Living Room. They were very professional and on time. I would definitely use their services again!

Description of Work: At first one black stain on the floor still showed after we were told the job was finished, so we called the service provider and they changed a few pieces of the old stained floor and refinished that part. We are so pleased that they did so. However, our former tenant really damaged our hard wood floor with water, so some of the water marks could not be taken out and there was nothing the service provider could do.

Description of Work: Put a wall in bedroom. Repair ceiling. Add crown molding and chair railing. Replace moulding throughout the room and added shoe moulding and painted ceiling and room. They were wonderful. Ceiling mud work is the finest I have seen and their carpentry is first rate. They were clean and neat and kept the dust contained. I loved them! Would use them again and again.

Description of Work: I had a ceiling fan installed in my den. The electrician and the handyman came right on time and had the fan installed in just a few short hours. They ran into some issues but worked through them very efficiently, and left my house clean. I've worked with this contractor several times and have always had a great experience.

Description of Work: It took us at least three attempts to get a individual out to our house. This vist seemed like more of a sales pitch to sell more product. We declined to purchase a more expensive option and was told they would have someone at our house within days to complete the job. This was over four weeks ago - we would like our money back due to no service performed.
