Fabulous!! I will only ever call Twin Air for any and all my plumbing, heating, AC, and water heater needs. The owners (Josh and Jeremy) and their employees are honest, hard working, people of integrity. I am never afraid to have them do any work with or without me being present. I have never been so pleased and well served by any company in Northern Virginia. They are very clear on what work has to be done and honest in their pricing; there are never any surprises.

We went with this company because we had them come out for a service call last summer and they were outstanding. Their tech was early and very knowledgeable. He inspected the entire system and recommended adding freon to get the system cooling better and through the season. He told us that the system was quite old and nearing the end of its service life which we already knew. It took two days to remove the old system and install new one. They showed up on time and worked hard to get the job done. They kept us informed throughout. After the install, the touch screen thermostat developed a pixel line. I called Twins and they came out the next day with a new thermostat to replace the bad one. They followed up with us the following week to make sure all was well. I would highly recommend them for any heating, air conditioning or insulation job. Their service is outstanding.

They installed the new units in 2010 and perform semi-annual maintenance. They are very efficient and communicate well. They are all around responsive from start with the office staff to the end result with the technicians, they keep in touch every step of the way. They took the time to explain everything to me and were very professional.

The technician arrived right on time, explained what services he was going to perform and how long it would take. Since we just purchased the home the technician explained the basic operation of the HVAC units, what to look for, the controls, etc. He performed a very thorough and competent inspection and servicing of all the systems. He finished just at the time he forecasted when he arrived.

We just noticed today (4th of July no less) that our A/C unit wasn't cooling as much as normal, and there was visible condensation and water coming out of the unit. Received a very prompt call-back from an extremely friendly and knowledgeable technician who suggested that it was likely due to a frozen coil, and gave me a remedy to try out, by shutting the unit off for a few hours and just running the fan continually to allow the coil to thaw and the water to evaporate. Will definitely give it a shot, and see if it works - or if not I will definitely give them a call again in the morning. (I explained that our unit has an electronic filter that was pretty dirty and that may have been what led to the problem in the first place - or if not it may end up being an issue with the level of freon). Just the fact that they would walk me through a troubleshoot on my own without having to pay for a service call says a lot to me about their level of customer service. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who inquires.

Jose came out when our Lennox air conditioner stopped working the other night. After a thorough review of all possible problems, he diagnosed a bad motherboard and was able to temporarily bypass the heating system so we could still get cold air while waiting for the replacement part. Two day later, the part arrived and Jose repaired everything quickly. He was very courteous and professional, and explained everything that he was doing so we would understand. We would definitely use this company again and recommend them to anyone.

Jose from Twin Air LLC came out and did a tune up/spring service for both of our HVAC systems. We went with the year contract with them because it was significantly cheaper and included the current service and one in the fall. I really like Jose's expertise and efficiency. He was done within an hour and arrived on time. I will definitely be using this company in the future!

They were very good. We called them twice. They did come back to verify the issues. They got everything ready for the winter heat.

I called and ask them did they do this type of work and they said they did. they coame over and looked to make sure they understood what was being ask of them. We set a date for the installation and they were there. Really professional and neat. I plan on switching to their company when my present service contract is up for the furnance and air conditoner.

Twin Air, although a small company, did a great job installing our new replacement HVAC system. I gathered bids from 4 companies, 3 of which returned estimates without prompting, the fourth had to be prodded and took over 2 weeks. Twin Air was one of the three and although their proposal was not the lowest (only by a small amount), it was detailed and included a heat load calculation (used to correctly size the equipment). I felt no pressure at all during the sales pitch and answered every question in an honest and open manner. They proposed equipment that would maximize both Federal and State energy credit return without the need to install extremely expensive top-of-the-line equipment. The resulting system was a Lennox heat pump/gas furnace for emergency heat with 2 zone air distribution, UV sterilization, and steam humidifier, plus touch screen main level and wireless upstairs thermostats. The system has saved us approximately 40% per month in heating/cooling bills over the 9 months since it was installed. The installation was done in 1 day (it replaced a gas/standard AC builder's spec unit) and the workmanship was superb. The company is owned by twins (hence the name) who did the installation along with a third person. The twins' father is their sale representative. I would heartily recommend their business to anyone.

The staff and work people with this small company are exceptional in every way. They are competent, prompt, organized and just plain pleasant to deal with.
