Actually I really liked them. They were very professional and very honest of all the other people we talked. They were absolutely one of the best. We didn't go with them because we ended up combining the work with some other work. We got a better deal with somebody who is also an electrician. I would recommend anybody call Turner's Service or just get a quote from them.

Turner's has done work on and off for us for many years. Greg Turner is fantastic and I have excellent things to say about him. They are timely, if they say they are going to be there within a window of time, they will be there. They are punctual, which is important, especially for people who work. They aren't the most competitively priced, but their quality of work is excellent and they stand behind their work. He is very particular about the people who work for him, making sure they are trustworthy and do good work.

The work was done quite awhile ago, but I was satisfied with the work.

The work couldn't be any better; it's great. I have been using them for years. They are very neat and clean; they put the paper shoes on in the house. They do their work correctly and they guarantee their work.

Turner does a great job. We have been using them for at least 20 years and we have been very happy with their services. They have always been very responsive in providing their services. We had to have an emergency AC unit replacement and they were able to come in right away and get it set up for us, we were only out of AC for about 3 days. Therefore they are very responsive in emergency situations as well. I would recommend this company.

Overall very good experience from Turners! They service my unit twice a year and are available in a very reasonable time when something goes wrong.

It was the absolutely most awful experience we've ever had. The air conditioner was not what we thought we were getting. They kept charging us and charging us for services and never made good on their initial install. The repairmen actually put the wrong stuff in the air conditioner, which caused it to freeze up. It made us have to buy a brand new air conditioner within a year after buying one from them. It was awful. It was absolutely the worse. We had to pay $5,000 for a new air conditioner. When we asked for the owner, Mr. Turner to come out, he never came out. We filed a complaint with the state and they never responded. We would never recommend them and we would never, never use them again. The personalities of the guys that came were really nice but we can't really say anything else nice about them.

Turner's came to do a check up. While checking there was a loud bang and flash. They shorted out the system and charged us to fix it. Next time they came the said same item needed to be replace again. Last time they came they wanted to replace a similar item a third time and we said no. So they said the warranty was invalidated. After they finished servicing and left, we noticed that the heating system was not working properly at all and would not automatically shut off. We had to shut it down manually and have someone else come in to fix their "repairs". We had an independent technician come in and check the system. He said the part that Turner wanted to replace was perfectly fine and did not need replacing. The morning that the Turner tech came everything was working fine. After the Turner tech left the system did not work and we found that the compressor was ruined. I wonder how the compressor got ruined between the morning that the Turner tech came and the afternoon that he left. We did not feel at all safe letting Turner touch our system again. We were very afraid that something else might go wrong.

Generally this company is ok but the techs, other than the owner, that have come out are young and seem inexperienced. When their tech came out on my leaky water heater he said I needed a new one which would have been very expensive (power vent). He told me the bottom was rusted on the floor. I called another service and they replace the spigot on the drain to correct the leak and saved me a lot. He also told me the bottom was not rusted and the tank did not sit on the ground. I decided it was time for a change.

They were clean and professional. We didn’t have any problems. I paid cash for the second transaction which was fixing the breaker, but they charged it to my credit card. It was a mix up on both our ends and they said no problem and that they would fix it for me.

We are very satisfied with them. We pay them a monthly charge for the service and they are always dependable. I am very pleased with the service and I would recommend them to anyone. They are great people to do business with.

THE PRICE WAS VERY COMPETITIVE. I LIKE THE WARRANTY OF THE UNIT COMBINED WITH THE EXPERIENCE OF THE BUSINESS. THEY WERE THOROUGH AND COURTEOUS AT ALL TIMES.
