Julian is a very friendly and knowledgeable person. He serviced my irrigation system promptly and professionally. He walked me through the process to ensure I understood how to make any adjustments that might be needed. His fee was fair and he even deducted that fee from the cost of the parts needed saving me more than $200.

The Next Level technician was professional and well-versed in sprinkler repair, design and installation. I had much hard scraping done by another company which required a redesign of the sprinkler system in several zones, and in one case, removal and replacement of an area of brick pavers to repair an underlying leak. At the end of each day, the Next Level technician cleaned up such that it wasn't noticeable that he was even there. The new design provides excellent water coverage. Pricing is fair and more than competitive. I also use Next Level to winterize my system in the Fall and turn it back on in the Spring. Highly recommend!

The technician went out of his way to ensure I understood what he was doing and how the system worked.

First day scheduled, the worker didn't show, called at the end of the day to reschedule. The next scheduled date, he came 5 hours late and I had to call him! Some sprinkers work, others don't work properly, did not replace any heads or do any minor adjustment to the sprinkler heads. I called back and was told that if they have to come back that is an additional charge. Professionally they should represent exactly what they will do when they arrive to manage customer expectations, especially since the worker missed 2 appts. My previous companies did all of that with the dewinterizing service. Will not hire again.

Customer Service is a 10 out of five! Julian Graham arrived on time, explained what he needed me to do and what he was going to do, and then he did all the work quickly and efficiently. He answered my questions and I was pleased with his service. The only glitch was the confusion over the cost of the service, but that was probably because I didn't know that not everyone has their water damper removed for the winter (like I do). Putting that back on is more labor intense and and of course I was charged more as a result. It was a minor issue easily resolved but it probably could have been avoided if I had been asked up front if my sprinkler system had the dampener removed for the winter. Unfortunately, I thought it was a standard procedure, so it never occurred to me to bring it up.

Giovanni was very professional. He actually came earlier than expected, which was fine. He did call ahead of time to let me know he was coming after he finished with his last client. Out maybe took him about 20 minutes to winterize the sprinkler system and then he was done. Very professional and did let me know if there were some things to look out for in the future. I would consider using them for this kind of service in the future.
