I called on a weekend and left a message as to when I wanted the service several days later when I would be working from home. On the day that I had requested service, I got a phone call saying he would be out later that day. He came in the afternoon and serviced the solar panels and said everything was working as it should. He remembered our system and that he had serviced it previously. He was very responsive and completed the work in a timely manner and at a reasonable cost.

I moved to a house with an old solar panel water heating system. I found this company's name on the equipment and called them when I felt like the system was not behaving normal. The owner remembered the installation (many years ago) explained to me why it seemed to behave different in this weather, talked me through 2 or 3 key buttons to test its operation (very easy) and confirmed that the system was working FOR FREE. It was due for service this year (told me how to find out when it was last serviced), he gave me a reasonable estimate for getting it serviced and said when you are ready for the service just give us a call. How wonderful to see service providers like this still. Clearly his goal was to help me and not take every chance to charge me. I felt that if I had said I wanted him to come check personally he would have also done that rather quickly. I am so happy that I don't even have to think of who will do the servicing of these solar panels (on my hot water heater) AND if I need a new system or want to add something else I know I have a competent, honest, fair service provider already picked out.
