The Furniture House

Offered great customer service from the moment I walked through the door  Was not pushy, but was courteous and eager to assist. Did not try to sell me something I didn't want or like, rather they showed me everything from different manufacturer models, to colors available and time schedule for delivery. How refreshing to not feel "pressured", or to be followed around like a fly to honey.  The saleswoman was super nice, very informative and just plain down to earth.  The store manager was very nice, cordial and personal.

After visiting 6 other NoVA furniture stores and some of them very high-end, plus surfing the net  I found exactly what I wanted in less than 10 minutes.  The Furniture House is very low-key, unassuming and you'd never know they are able to order customer made products.  I was very pleasantly surprises to learn my sleeper sofa would arrive in 4-6 weeks, not 4 months like other name brand stores claimed it would take.  The price was very reasonable and they'll even home deliver.  Could not have asked for anything else - will definitely go back again for other furniture needs.
