Description of Work: He was contracted to install a fiberglass pool which took him a year and a half and as of this date he still hasn't completed the work after being paid in full. We had no choice but to hire another contractor at our own expense to complete our job. After all the problems we had with Henry the owner we are hoping that the work that he did perform is installed properly so that we don't continue to have problems in the future. He will not honor our warranty. We would definitely not recommend him for any projects in your home. If you have contracted him for work in your home, do not pay him until you are completely satisfied!!!!!!! The services performed was a 14 X 30 fiberglass pool.

+ -1 moreWe made a decision to redo the kitchen around the Thanksgiving Day Holiday-it took time to get the cabinets made over the Holidays. They did a great job and cleaned up after the work. I have three cats and they were very aware of their safety and making sure they did not run out the door! I made a list of things to be fined tuned and they did a great job with the little stuff to complete the kitchen!! Most of my contact was with James and John-they were friendly, personable and professional-enjoyed working with them.
Description of Work: They were very prompt and prepared to give me the estimate. James was very helpful in picking out the counter top and back splash that complimented my floor. I had cabinets made and they are beautiful and exactly what I pictured for my "Country Kitchen" James recommended updating the overhead lighting and putting in a pantry(they had to build this to fit) The price they quoted me was very competitive and the materials are high quality. I am very pleased with my new kitchen and plan to call them when it is time to redo the bathroom!!

+ -1 moreA different person than requested showed up and gave the pool and systems a cursory 30-minute look (instead of the promised 2-3 hour thorough inspection). He still charged the agreed $375 for this and said that writing up the report would require a lot of time. I had to follow up several times before receiving the "report" in the form of a 5-line email that could have taken no more than 5 minutes to write. The person was also to explain the pool machinery and maintenance requirements, but only very reluctantly engaged on the topic when pressed, so that we did not get very far. All in all, a very disappointing experience.
Description of Work: I used this company for a pool inspection in the context of a home purchase.
