The one that we got from Snell was small, so we needed to have a better larger unit. So I contacted the the store in Sterling and they did not have what I needed. The very thoroughly searched and said, "Okay, people in Manassas have what you need." So, I rented a larger portable air conditioner. They offered to deliver it, but I wanted it so quickly, I just went and picked it up. They were very friendly, they had it all organized for me and ready to go and had paper work waiting. I picked up the air conditioner and everything. I got it home and set it up. That part of it was perfect. What happened was, they gave me a unit that didn't work. I understood that stuff like that happens. I called them back, I called their 800 number. The guy walked me through it and everything, he was very patient. He determined that the Freon was out or the compressor wasn't working, apologized but there wasn't anything they could do. So I brought it back the next day. The owner of that particular branch apologized and refunded me everything, without questions, with no problem, with no hassle. He even said, "Gosh, I feel like I've got to pay you some gas money." I said, "No, just give me my money back and I'll be a happy lady." So they made a boo-boo, but they did their very best to overcome it. If the unit had worked, it would have been an 'A,' but I have to give them a 'B+' because they shouldn't be giving you an air conditioner without any Freon in it. I would tell a member who is looking to use this service provider, to hang around long enough to make sure that what you're getting is 100% functioning. If I had gone with them delivering it, they would have gone back and gotten another one. But that would have cost $70 more. Regardless of whether they would have gone back and gotten another one, I still wouldn't have an air conditioner.
