Excellent, fast, smooth roof replacement. All materials cleaned up. Estimate provided was much lower than others. Submitted 10% coupon "after" estimate was given - no problems. Service rep, Joe Ortiz, was great to work with...would definitely recommend!

They came out and looked over the house and then provided me with lots of options as to what products they used. I mean they were awesome the amount of choices we had . They gave us a week or two after they mailed it to us then contacted us to see when we wanted to have the work done. We honestly tried to work it so we could get the work done but couldn't see a viable way at that time. They were very understanding and asked that we keep them in mind. They clearly had the most options for types of siding that anyone else provided. Seemed like nice people - hey they're here on Angie's list !! I read all the reviews and was selective before I asked anyone to provide an estimate I looked here then I googled them to look for more reviews.

We had a very good experience. They were helpful and informative as we discussed the job up front. They came on time and completed the project in one day. When they left there was no mess at all. They had cleaned up all the debris and had protected our plants that surrounded the house. The price was very competitive and lower than some of the other roofers that had given us estimates. We are very pleased with how the roof looks and would recommend them.

I contacted Summit Roofing about replacing my roof ( single family). I was happy to see that Angie's list provided a coupon for 10% off services. The sales rep came out to my property and then provided me an estimate via email. The email sent provided details of how the process worked. I selected the type of roof that I wanted , signed the documents and then emailed the documents back to the sales rep. Within a week the workers were at my property installing my new roof. The job took two days to complete. Summit Roofing did a excellent job installing my new roof. Fantastic service

I've used Summit and have recommended them in the past to my clients (I'm a Realtor). They are prompt, courteous, professional, they clean up behind themselves, and the quality of the work is exceptional. My clients have been very pleased. Jim came out and gave us the estimate for a new roof versus re-shingling. My client opted for the new roof because Jim explained that the life of the new shingles over old shingles drops substantially when you re-shingle over the old ones. We found there were some other issues going on once the old roof had been removed. It was a great thing my client opted for the new roof or these issues wouldn't have been found. Summit's pricing is good as well.

The gave us a quick turn around from contacting them to getting an estimate. The materials were delivered very promptly without any issue. Work was delayed a couple of days due to rain. The day the work was performed they showed up at 7:45, started by 8:00 and were work complete and gone by 4:15. The workers noticed that our exhaust fan for our stove was not connected. They went out and purchased what was needed and fixed it for us without question. When they left it looked great and you would never know a crew was there. No debris, nothing in our trash can and no nails to be found in our yard or shrubs. Really a good experience. I would definitely use them again

They came on time which is very important to me. Pull the truck up in the drive way and started removing the old roof. As they were doing it they threw the shingles into the truck . Replaced about 8 pieces of plywood that had rotted. They only took 1/2 hour lunch which impressed me. Also answered any question I had as they went along. Took all day it's a large house. Cleaned up everything only found 2 nails! Very impressed, Would definitely recommend!!!!!!

This company was superb in all areas - their responsiveness with an estimate, professionalism in their work, their timeliness in scheduling the work, the quality of their workmanship, and their ability to work within the strictures of the insurance company's requirements. They were amazing. I used them because of my neighbors. I saw the Angie’s List sticker on their truck and when I informed them that I was a member they chose to give me the 10% off; they believed me and didn’t even want me to go print the coupon. My experience with them has been wonderful. They were very courteous and quick to respond. I had left a message so they called me back and set up an appointment right away. They had to wait for the following week but since they had an opening they called me back and informed me that they could come the next day. The man who came out knew what he was talking about; he could have taken me for $1,000 and I wouldn’t have known because I don’t know anything about roofing. They were honest and would recommend them to anybody. They are absolutely wonderful people to do business with.

Few months back they gave me a very good estimate for the job and when I called them to ask if the estimate was still good they kept the same price. The estimator gave me two options based on quality and warranty and when I explained to him my needs he was very candid in helping me choose the best product for my job. When the day of the job came it was raining but they canceled and chose another date. Again it was raining a bit in the morning but they were flexible enough to wait for the rain to stop before starting. The crew was well organized and experienced in their work and when I met them to go over few details that were critical for me their foreman was very understanding and did all what I asked him to do without hesitation. I was not sure they had enough time finish the job the same day since they started late due to the rain but they stayed a bit late and finished everything and were detailed in cleaning the site and making sure all trash and nails were picked up. The bill arrived few days later. It was accurate and I was very happy they waited for the job to finish before asking for any money. That is rear these days. I like to be trusted. I highly recommend them and feel lucky I found them.

Summit Roofing Contractors Inc. of Manassas, VA tendered a very competitive price quote with no pressure tactics or surprises. Our new roof was installed quickly and efficiently without any extra oversight, stress, or trouble. They provided sufficient information to make an informed choice about roofing services and options and completed the job in a timely manner.

I dealt with Carl for most of the repairs, and the installation of the attic fans. He is very punctual, friendly, and extremely quick in getting the job done. When we had the new roof installed, we were on vacation. By the time we got back, the new roof had been installed, their sign was out front in our yard, and everything was cleaned up. For such a big job, and one that was going to be noisy that day, I was grateful that I could trust them to have at it while we were away for the week. To come home to a brand new roof, with no debris left in the yard, bushes,etc... was great. Job well done, and in fact have already recommended them to my neighbors that had them do minor repairs. Great company, and can certainly trust them to do the right thing.

It was initially difficult to establish contact using the number provided. However, we decided to visit the office in person which resulting in prompt and excellent service. We had a quote within two days, and service began within two days later. The project was completed in two days. They took great care in maintaining a tidy work site as well as an extensive clean-up including a sweep with a magnet to pick up any stray nails in the lawn. They did an excellent job and I would recommend highly.

After they began work, it was tremendous! The work was first class. They very promptly corrected a problem after I notified them.

Excellent service- estimator was professional and explained all costs associated with the job. Price was very fair and accurate. Workers showed up on time, and worked smoothly. Also they were very nice and professional. I asked some questions and they explained the roof installation to me. All debris was cleaned up very well and plants/shrubs were covered at beginning of the job. Foreman came and was professional as well. Already have recommended them to several neighbors and colleagues. I wa extremely happy with their work.

Summit Roofing gave us an estimate that was more reasonable then another company's estimate. They had the supplies delivered to our home a few days before coming to do the repair work. The tiles matched the existing tiles and they replaced the roof ridge vent with a more appropriate one for our roof top, then the original. The workers were friendly, very polite and considerate of our property. They completed the job in less than a day. The cleanup afterward was meticulous. I would recommend Summit Roofing Contractors to everyone!

Joe Ortiz was very sympathetic to our situation: after sustaining damage to our home and property during Hurricane Sandy, insurance covered replacement of the back slope of our roof but not the front. With only 5 years (approx) remaining on the front slope, we had to decide whether to replace the front slope as well (out of our pockets). Summit answered questions, did not pressure us whatsoever! They provided us with samples upon request so I could pick the right color to coordinate with our existing shed and playhouse. We elected to replace the entire roof, which was a good thing because it turns out we required 7 sheets of new plywood on the front slope because it was deteriorating! The team of roofers worked well together and completed our project from start to finish in less than one full work day. We even had a massive rain all that night and the roof was water-tight. :)

Contacted Summit Roofing -after searching the Internet for roofing companies that provided/installed Plastic Roofing Materials, and assisted with a leak assessments/repair. The company information also highlighted the fact that they were on "Angies List" and offered a Free Roof Inspection. I have heard a number of good stories ref Angies List, however I did not believe that the a "free" inspection would amount to much. I am pleased to say that I was WRONG. Their roofing/siding service technician arrived on time, was extremely professional, took his time and analyzed the situation carefully. He checked the the roof, siding, flashing and window framing, etc. His recommendation was to caulk around the Bed Room Windows directly above the Sun Room as that was the most likely penetration area. He also noted that he would be glad to return for a more extensive review -if issues continued.

They delivered the shingles on Friday and had a built-in crane on their truck that was able to place the shingles on a very tall townhouse. The next day, the work crew came early and spent about five hours working on the roof. The covered the surrounding flowerbed/lawn and deck in the rear with tarps to collect any loose material that fell. They used two sheets of plywood ($50 per sheet as specified in the estimated cost) to remove and repair about 5 areas on our roof that had been damaged over time. After finishing the work and doing the basic cleanup, the used a magnet roller to cover the lawn and made sure that they picked up any nails that may have slipped through their tarps. Very, Very impressed with their work, their professionalism and their thoroughness. We would recommend them for any size roofing job.

The price was good and it appeared to be a good quality repair.
