Cleaned two kids bedrooms

Do not use this company. It was very clear no one actually cleaned the carpet. Not even lines present from the cleaner. They were unable to get out a stain I got out with a store bought cleaner. The owner lied on yelp saying he offered to come back and we refused. Also said lines would not show up on our cheap carpet. See photos for proof of all of this. The one with lines was a store bought cleaner. Called my fiancée a liar and said she was looking for free service. This cost us some of our deposit and we still paid half for no work done.

The groupon we bought was a reasonable price. 5 months after they came, the carpets still look good. The carpet was damp after they left - we just had to stay off of it for a few hours.

I purchased a Groupon for this company and ended up purchasing more of their services once they arrived at my house. They were very professional and the carpet looked great afterwards. They did a few bedrooms, hallway, and stairs, and I couldn't be happier with the results. With the price of the Groupon plus the extra services I thought it was a little expensive, but I would use them again.

Two gentlemen showed up at 8:45 am to clean my 400 sq ft of carpet (including 13 stairs). The furniture had already been moved and the room was ready for cleaning.
The one man sprayed a cleaner on the carpet while the other "buffed, yes buffed the stairs". <30 minutes later they stated that they were done. After they left I took an off white towel and rubbed a corner of the carpet. It was absolutely filthy......all that was done was buff the dirt into the carpet.
Save your money and look elsewhere. I called the office to express my displeasure in their service and told them I would not use their service again.

They were prompt, thorough and courteous, and I appreciated that the carpets weren't soaked when they were done. I would use them again.

Pick up was on time, Marco and Pedro helped us shift the last of the furniture and carried the rug outdoors for inspection. Took the smelly thing away and recommended we purchase a new rug pad. We followed their excellent advice and our rug was returned clean and lovely. Marco reported that they had treated twice for pet stain and odor and then cleaned the rug twice as well! Looks and smells like a new rug. I have had this rug cleaned elsewhere and the routine has gone this way: we cleaned your rug but there are stains, if you want these removed you must pay more! I am very impressed that Steven's Chem Dry cleaned the rug until it was clean! I shall definitely use this company again!

I had a groupon so I had a discount. My carpets are clean. I have recommended them and my neighbors have used them too.

They came out to clean two carpets. We told them before hand that we had pet stains and they came out the day before and pretreated. The next day they came out to clean the carpet. They told my wife that they guaranteed that the stains would not return. The 1st part of their trip that was unsatisfactory was that they wouldn't move any furniture.

On October 5. We noticed that the stains were coming back, I called them to tell them this information, and they said they only guarantee their work for 30 days. When I asked where it said that they said on their website, and I mentioned that it is not on the bill and receipt they gave me for the services they performed, and that I had never seen their website. His only answer was it's on our website.

I will never use these people again and recommend nobody else ever use them. They do not deliver what they promised and they do not back up their work. Stay away from Stevens Chem-Dry..

Marco & Pedro were very nice & professional. They were on time and efficient. They used the individual machines vs. the long hose attached to the trucks. The used only chemicals and not soap. My only issue is that when I made the appt over the phone, where I told Carlos there were pet stains, I was not told of the pre-pet treatment available. This treatment is an additional cost and must let stand for 24 hours before the general cleaning happens. My pet stains did get better with the general cleaning but could have been improved with the pre-treatment.

The carpet in my home was very soiled in many different spots and I wasn't sure that it could be cleaned. The two man crew were very attentive to my concerns and explained every thing they could do to clean it. They gave me the prices before they started working. They deep cleaned all the spots that needed it and added protectant against future spills. They worked very fast and efficiently. The carpet was cleaned beyond my expectations. The manager called me after the job was done to find out if it was satisfactory. I am extremely pleased with the job and will certainly call them again
