Senate Termite and Pest Control

Very prompt and courteous.

The people who came out were nice, but their billing has been a hot mess from day one. I would be charged for the wrong thing and have to call and ask what it was about. They'd apologize and say "Oh sorry, our system must have done something weird." This happened NUMEROUS times where I was sent a bill for a service I hadn't used or had cancelled. I would never use them.

Was a little iffy at first, but they continued to come back to fix the problem. Most recent visit was much better!

I found some unwelcome visitors in my house . I tried different methods but it seems like wasn't working and they couldn't resist a house full of yummies. I contacted Senate Termite Control. I spoke with Kris and set up and appointment. He arrived on time and was very knowledgeable and showed places where the uninvited can get inside. So smart that they made a hole on the drywall. He gave me a quote and didn't try to sell me any extra packages or things that I didn't need and was able to work with me with the payments. He explained things I need it to do to have the house ready for the first visit and gave me his number to call if I have any questions. First visit Tech Dave showed up on time and very polite. I had someone helping me to install a dishwasher and he waited for a few minutes until they're done since can't be at the house for 3 hrs after treatment. He explained what he'll be doing and what I need it to do after. I was very pleased with both Techs and services and definitely will recommend to my friends. Thanks

"Chris", the delightful you man who came to do the inspection on very quick notice showed up exactly when he said he would. He inspected inside, outside and garage. Verdict- No termites or boring insects. For the agreed upon fee , I also got a 1 year gauarantee that if termites or borers show up within one year, Senate will treat the problem at no cost. Doubt I will need to avail myself of that but it was a large part of what I paid for.
