Senate Termite and Pest Control

I had a termite protection plan with this company since the 1990s. Since then I have had one problem with termites, they fixed the problem, and I have had no problem since then.

All staff I've interacted with thus far have been efficient and professional. It has been a very good experience.

Always on time with service and if additional issues arise they respond in a timely manner. Calls are always answered and knowledge reps are available.

We did not notice any improvement in mosquito control before and after the treatment.

I did hire Senate to come out and was disappointed in what the $360 was for - six little black mouse boxes, however they did say they would come out and check the boxes at any time. They tried to sell me a new installation in the attic and showed me the **worst-case scenario** pictures (not pictures of my attic. When I declined and ask if they were going to fill in areas around the house where mice could be coming in the answer was no that I would have to get the **installation** package. I did hire them for quarterly pest control which I will see if that continues as to what they do. So far they have done nothing.

Friendly, competent staff. Senate staff are easy to reach by phone and always ready to answer questions. Rat removal is still in progress so have to wait a while to know if it works. But I am confident Senate staff will be by my side until it does.

the tech was very thorough in treating/eliminating yellow jackets from our house and property.

The chemical they used as mosquito control killed my lawn. It is not organic and safe.

Kris was great when he came in. He performed a quick evaluation of our home and provided recommendations based on his knowledge from our neighborhood and type of home, He was very professional and honest about what needed to be done. Another young man came in to do the actual pest control a few days later and he was very professional and thorough as well. Would definitely recommend to a friend!

We hired Senate to conduct a termite inspection of our home because it was a requirement of our mortgage lender. The most important thing to us was time, since we didn’t want the inspection to delay the refinancing process. In that regard, Senate delivered above expectations. They called to make an appointment within minutes of submitting the request on Home Advisor and we made an appointment for the following day. Everyone we spoke to was friendly and professional. Moreover, it was as quick and painless as it could have possibly been. When our current pest control service expires next year, we will consider moving over to Senate.
