Senate Termite and Pest Control

Called Senate about mice infestation and they were able to quickly set up an appointment. During the initial evaluation, they were the only pest control company I called that checked my attic. The attic bait traps have been invaluable with getting my mice problem under control. They also found an unrelated problem with one of my bathroom vent ducts that I was not aware of.

Timely response and they took an active interest in solving the mice problem.

Very thoughtful service execution - they are quick and non-disruptive. I have dogs, so they give me a wave when they arrive in case I need to bring the dogs into the house before they open the back gate. Itâ s the kind of customer service expected in a small town. Definitely thumbs up!

The technicians did the required work professionally and punctually. The contacts with customer service were outstanding. Always immediately responsive.

The service person is knowledgeable and very pleasant. My experience with their service provided is wonderful. The only suggestion I have is for the company to give me a 24-48 hour reminder that my yard will be treated so that I can make sure my backyard gate is unlocked for the service person to be able to complete the treatment. Senate use to give me a reminder call but stopped doing it.

While their customer service is generally good, I did have an instance when the responding technician was a bit abrupt and rude. Being courteous and helpful doesnâ t really cost any more. I wish all their personnel are equally professional and courteous.

Cost is reasonable. Show up on schedule (quarterly) and will return if necessary to perform additional tasks covered under the service contract. Customer service reps are friendly and helpful.

Reasonable quarterly service. Pest are kept at a minimum and they come out for additional/specific service requests when needed.
