I found the company reps to be extremely courteous and professional. The company is extremely responsive to your queries and were prompt to respond whenever I contacted them regarding a particular concern.

I have used Senate since I moved to VA in 1996. Always professional and courteous. Show up on schedule and provide a heads-up call at least one day prior to service. I have not had a termite issue since using their service.

Kris was professional and informative. I had a mouse issue that was caused by a tenant that trashed my home. He quickly assessed as much of the issue as he could, given the condition of my home, and arranged a treatment the next day. JD was very reassuring through my anxiety and talked me through the process. Although this is only the beginning of the process, I am hopeful that the problem will be solved and I can begin to feel comfortable in my home in the near future. If the treatment works in the coming weeks, 5 stars will not be enough.

Great so far. The inspector was really polite and customer service has been great. Hopefully it's worth the money because getting rid of bees isn't cheap. Only time will tell if treatment is successful.

They came out quickly. You do need to call to make appts, it's not automatically recurring. I liked Jeremy who initially came out - very knowledgeable and honest. Eric who is coming out for the regular visits is great too.

Had a bee problem and they were quick to come out and take care of it so I hired them to come out for quarterly maintenance. The last time I asked about respraying for the bee and the tech was like I spray the whole base of the house. Since the bees where in a different location I went out to show him where I was taking about he left. About to cancel my service.

This company has excellent customer service, is responsive to customer inquiries, is pro-active in staying in touch with the customer, and I would highly recommend their sevices.

Was very thorough in their approach. Inspected both indoors and outdoors and planted plenty of traps.

They were polite, pleasant and professional. It was a pleasure doing business with them. I actually did the job myself, but if I had been unable to, I would have used their services. They are expensive, though.

Senate is the most communicative company I have worked with. They are always on time and let you know exactly when they are coming and what they will be doing during the maintenance check up.
