Got job done. However, customer service is very slow. Example, it took over 100 days for the company to replace two termite containers covers. The August month service tech did not report the problem. The November service tech did not resolve the problem even though I call to report the problem. A third call to a manager resolved the problem.

I have had a great experience with Senate. They are responsive and address the problem. Don is an excellent technition and answers all my questions.

I have used Senate services for 2 years for moles and pest control. This service was for a wasp nest under my top gutter. The service was done quickly but I thought the price was a bit high for the service provided. The techs are always friendly but scheduling is something of an issue. Still a satisfied customer.
