The technician let me know when he arrived. I had indicated I would not have my outside hydrants on and they said no problems ice they can bring their own water (which they did). The job was done efficiently and professionally. The technician let me know when he was done.

They sealed cracks and determined entry thus getting all under control for my future. Suddenly I developed ants that were coming out of the electrical socket in the kitchen. Senate continues to work with me regarding getting this issue resolved as well. They are pricey, and thatâ s why I left off a star. I will continue to use their services, they do a great job.

A tech comes every quarter and inspects the termite traps. He lets us know if there is any evidence of termites. This is a good preventive service.
