Cliff Sanders is a nice guy and an outstanding plumber. Old school values, professional and courteous. He did a great job replacing an old ejector pump, very neat and clean work area when finished. He is a local resident and small business owner. I recommend him to anyone I know that has ANY plumbing issues.

Went great! Mr. Sanders and his crew were obvious professionals. They arrived when announced, did the work efficiently, carefully and neatly. Effectively solved a problem with an uneven floor. Caulked numerous seams and joints beyond manufacturer's instructions to avoid future leaks. Left the work site so clean and neat you would never know they had been there. I initially thought the price was a little high, but by the time they finished I was so pleased that I gave him a bonus. By the way, dealing with Clifton Sanders was a really cool experience.

Billy's plumbing advice was a very value added service. He coached me on how to winterize my outside hose bibs and how to drain my water heater periodically to extend its life. He was also quick to complete the work replacing the three valves inside, and he winterized my outside spigots and kept me apprised of progress all along the way and explained clearly what he was going to do. After finishing he showed me his work. Billy is truly an A+ plumbing professional I will always use Sanders plumbing and ask for Billy. He also left the work areas clean and tidy.

Extremely well. They arrived on time, calling to let us know they were in route. He was extremely professional and personable. He worked quickly without a mess. Tested everything before leaving.

I was happy that I got a visit the next day (a Saturday). Billy worked very hard to fix the problem. It was a little more involved, but my Monday, everything was taken care of. What I liked most was that this is a one stop shop. They have everything you need to get the job done. I am using them again later this week to have some non emergency work done.

I can't tell you how much I appreciate the combination of extreme competency and GREAT customer service. All of this happened on an emergency basis, same day I called, and at the exact price quoted. Cliff and his team are top notch. We did a major overhaul of old plumbing in our house, and replaced the old cast iron pipes in all three of our bathrooms at the same time. The job was tedious and time consuming, Cliff and his team were very professional, reliable and courteous, showed up on time, and had great communication. When we decided to take on our master bath reno by hiring sub contractors ourselves, Sanders Plumbing was recommended to us by another plumbing company who previously did exterior sewer pipe replacement for us (who didn't do inside plumbing contracting work). We are so glad they recommended Cliff. He was the perfect contractor for the huge amount of work we needed done. He had the expertise to recommend the right way to re-plumb our three baths, and his team did top quality work. They did everything from replacing all cast iron pipes with PVC in 3 baths, installed 2 sinks, to toilets, and one complicated high end shower fixture. The work done by Cliff's team (Bobby, Todd, Randy) were excellent. They even came out quickly on a Saturday to fix a basement drain clog unrelated to our bath reno. We would most definitely use Sanders Plumbing again and we highly recommend this company to anyone contemplating a bath reno who's looking for a reliable, honest and quality plumbing contractor. We also felt Sanders' price quotes were very fair for the amount of work we needed done.

We went to Sanders plumbing after a few other companies declined the job. They came out promptly and were able to assess the job and quote a rate, which they stuck to (except for the additional work we requested). They also spotted a couple of issues stemming from previous owners' DIY repairs that they were able to correct. Overall, they handled a complex and labor intensive job easily and professionally and we're very happy with the results.

Sanders Plumbing was highly referred by another plumbing company who didn't do the kind of work I was requesting - and I'm so glad they referred me to Cliff! After meeting him, I cancelled the other estimates I had scheduled. Cliff has years of experience and was very thorough, yet open to our input and really listened to what we were trying to accomplish. He and his assistant, Bobby, were both very pleasant and professional, and got the job done as expected - working well around the crews already in the house working on other projects. Remodeling is very stressful, and it was such a relief to have someone who was obviously competent and reassuring come to the rescue when I needed it! I would highly recommend Sanders Plumbing, and I will call them first as any plumbing needs arise in the future.

Arrangements were made to coincide with completion of new counter top and sink installation. Cliff had called a few days in advance to confirm and get all job details. I originally wasn't going to replace the garbage disposal but after getting pros and cons from Cliff, decided it was best to do so. Cliff and Mike showed up within 30 minutes after granite installer left. Installed all fixtures and new pipes. Very professional, did a great job, tested everything and cleaned up afterwards. Price was as quoted, no extras.

Cliff Sanders worked with me to come in at a specified time during my kitchen renovation, he showed up on time, and the work he did was fantastic. The resulting drain was so much better than it was when I moved in. The individual who had originally installed the drain pipe had made an improper PVC to ABS connection, and the drain came in through the wall several inches too low. Cliff fixed the drain and raised it to the proper height. He then built out the drain and hookups for my double bowl sink, garbage disposal, and dishwasher. We had so many problems with the previous setup. Cliff's installation shows the quality of his work and his experience. Not only was his work top notch, but his quote was way less than the big box plumbers who primarily handle small repairs and emergency work. Working with small businessmen like Cliff who are pros with years of experience is the way to go. I definitely recommend this guy.

Sanders Plumbing has been our "go to" plumber for over 20 years. In that 20 years, he has been responsive to our plumbing emergencies as well as routine maintenance calls. Installation of our new water heater was smooth and uneventful. He and his crew cleaned up the area after the installation. Past maintenance calls have been to replace our kitchen sink disposal, install new bgt567ujmnbgt5kitchen faucets, install new outside faucets and fix leaky toilets.
